Helpful staff, friendly customer service and convenient location.

Clean, good position in the center, lovely old Inn, having a nice bright dinning space

More pub with rooms than a hotel. Room was clean, fairly basic. There was some noticeable noise from adjacent bar area. Continental breakfast was OK but basic. Location excellent for explring Chichester and area. Parking is not on site but in local public car park.

Supplemented the room cost with a rewards night and still don’t think this was value for money. Had I paid the full amount I would have been demanding my money back. This is basically a shabby room out the back of a very average pub.

The staff were friendly but our room was tiny and tired looking. Both glass bedside tables and the dressing table were covered in dust and smears. This was not our experience on a previous visit so we were a little disappointed.

I had a lovely few days in Chichester staying here at the George and Dragon Inn. I was given a warm welcome and was shown to my room. The pub had a nice atmosphere with people enjoying their time together. The room was nice and spacious, the bed in my room was huge and comfortable. Lots of free tea, coffie, and biscuits throughtout the week. The ensuite was nice, just slightly tired, the shower fixtures just a little wobbly. Free toiletries which is always a bonus, and daily house keeping. The free breakfast was ideal (continental) however the breakfast area did seem hard to heat. The inn is literally meters from the centre of Chichester with everything in walking distance. There is no onsite parking, however there is a council car park a 2 minute walk away (£7.20 all day 8am till 8pm) which was easy to use (card and cash payments taken). My sister is at uni in Chi, so I'll definitely be back and I'll look at booking the G&D Inn again.

My friend and I always stay here as it’s very convenient for the shops, theatre and train. The staff are very friendly and helpful. My only suggestion would be better choice for vegetarians on the dinner menu and pastries for breakfast from the cafe across the street!

Can't fault the service or room or bathroom but the mattresses felt very old and unsupportive. Also the continental breakfast was very poor....no cheese or ham, poor quality pastries and no dairy free milk option. All the staff were excellent though.

What a great find. Excellent location near parking for Festival Theatre and a short stroll into the centre of Chichester. Great beer as well. One place we will be using again Great value too
