Lovely hotel with one of the best breakfast areas I’ve seen in a Best Western. Very convenient location, nice room, and friendly staff!

The rooms were hot and unclean. I requested cleaning but they did not because the room service was only every other day. Disappointed by the over service .

It was a great place to stay. Only negative was that the shower by the hot tub needed work, as it was spewing water at the connection. The hot tub itself needed some work. There’s a piece by the filter that was cracked.

Great location for hitting the Christmas bars. Room was a nice size, heating/cooling unit was very loud in our room.

The rooms are very nice and updated. I felt pretty comfortable staying here and there are a lot of very convenient and fun places to walk to.

My husband and I had tickets to a show that we did not want to miss due to weather. We decided to stay here at the last minute. The price was reasonable, check in process was smooth, staff was extremely friendly, and the room was very clean.

Very nice hotel in great condition. Exceptionally clean, surprisingly quiet, very comfortable. The staff were fantastic. Daily free breakfast was okay, but not great.
Only downsides: fairly low water pressure in the shower, especially in the morning; heating unit under the window is a little bit loud right next to bed.
Overall a great value and would absolutely stay here again.

The fitness room was very nice w/sauna and hot tub. Morning breakfast treat was a plus accommodation.

Close to family we were visiting.... good restaurants close.... easy walk to Wrigley Field in baseball season....

Great location, affordable, pet friendly, neighborhood hotel with surprisingly large and modern rooms. Could walk everywhere including the lake (one block away) and Wrigley Field (3 blocks). Simple breakfast included.

We loved this treasure of a hotel. We were close to everything and could walk to numerous shops and restaurants. It was reasonably priced and staff was friendly.

Great walkable neighborhood with dining options nearby (we got food from El Mariachi next door, it was excellent). Easy parking in the lot adjacent to the building or on the street. We stayed here one night while in town for a concert at the Aragon Ballroom, it was perfect. Breakfast options were fresh and tasty, the cinnamon rolls were just as good as everyone said - so good that we ran across the street and got half a dozen to bring home. :) Staff were friendly, room was clean and quiet, overall a positive experience for a reasonable price.
