The hotel is realy nice and cosy, beautiful design, but nothing special, just a regular Nobu style. However the service needs A LOT of improvement. Starting from front desk who needs to be reminded 5 times until they book a table for you at the rooftop bar, the front desk manager who tries to be polite and helpful but it's only words not actions, finishing with housekeeping whose workers do their job in a very tentative manner, they son't clean the toilets properly, don't add the amenity kits even though You used the previous one, same with bottles of water etc. The location is perfect, but the standards nedd to be improved if they want to have high-end guests. Unfortunatelly, their guest experience doesn't exist. Service should be devoted to bring an exceptional experience for the guest, but at this Nobu hotel it's not. Too bad for them.
