芝加哥市中心河北雅樂軒飯店(Aloft Chicago Downtown River North)

One of two elevators was out of service for maintenance since days and for all our stay and it caused long wait line with waste of time ! Also the 09/04 no cleaning room service cause “ Labor Day” ! I personally think this is unacceptable and they should give us a refund for those issues…..

Had to park several blocks away. They take a $150 deposit when arrive on top of your room charges. They have no provided breakfast, no pool, do not provide any privacy door hangers, no microwave in room. And my room had roaches!

El Hotel muy bueno excepto que hacen un día si y un día si la limpieza y algo muy maaaalo es que no tienen esa doble protección vs el frío en las ventanas, es decir es un congelador el cuarto, habemos personas que no podemos dormir con calefaccion

Siamo arrivati di sera e al momento del check in c'era un problema con la prenotazione di *******.. Rossio, la ragazza della reception si e' subito impegnata a trovare la miglior soluzione nel hotel accanto Fairfield e ci ha accompagnato di persona ... sopratutto un Grazie va al manager JOEY che il giorno dopo si è preso cura di noi in modo accurato ...per il disguido ci ha offerto dei bonus da spendere da BEATRIX per la collazione... hotel pulito, uno staff straordinario e una posizione strategica...ci sentiamo di raccomandarlo convintamente...

Super hôtel, très bien situé avec plein d’excellents restaurants, café et shopping partout ! Le restaurant de l’hôtel est absolument délicieux ! Le seul petit soucis c’est que le lit était trop mou! Mais franchement à part ça, nous avons adoré !!

This could be a very good hotel--the rooms are quite nice and it's well located--but it's to be managed very poorly. First, there was limited elevator service because they "needed urgent repair work." In an 11-day stay I saw absolutely no sign of any work being done but one or more of the three elevators were out at all times. (There are two connected hotels which had elevators with crossovers, but directions to the Aloft from their banks weren't posted on the floor until I'd been there a week already.) In addition, the hotel only provides housekeeping services on alternate days, which I would have been fine with if it had actually happened. Two nights before I left, they came while I was getting ready to leave and I asked them to return in an hour. They said they would and did not. The following morning, I went to the front desk, explained I'd been ghosted, gave them my room # and was assured it would be taken care of. When I returned that evening, of course it had not been. I complained the next morning to the front desk clerk who I'd spoken to he mumbled something about a new system they were using for guest requests. Finally, the hotel restaurant is as poorly run as the hotel itself. I arrived one evening at 7:15 to a half-empty space, told the host that I'd like to just sit outside and have a pre-dinner drink. I put an order in for one about ten minutes later, and when it hadn't arrived by 20 minutes later I just gave up and left.

The Hotel was wonderful clean and had a beautiful view. Also, having restaurants available near was great. The only reason why my review is low is the location of the hotel. The Fire department across the street fire drunks going off all night. Come the weekend be ready for more noise be prepared to have no sleep! Parking is horrible in Chicago. Yes, also be ready to spend more on overnight parking. Overall, great hotel if you don’t mind the noise.
