芝加哥才智飯店 - 希爾頓飯店(TheWit Chicago - a DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel)

The hotel is at a great location. It’s near to the marathon start & finish lines. Close to cinema & musical venues. Near to trains as well. Amenities is basic: no slippers, bathrobes or tea bags. We needed to borrow a kettle to boil hot water. Room was very expensive as we stayed during the marathon dates. Since we are running the marathon, we have no choice but to pay the high room charges.

Had a great stay!! Bustling location in the Theater District, close to so much!!!

Trust their valet and you’ll be left with $250 PARKING TICKET. Unprofessional and horrible. Worst experience I’ve ever had at an hotel EVER. I don’t think I would even look in their direction when passing by that’s how terrible the experience was staying here. Terrible location for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, you can have proximity and a better experience elsewhere trust me I have. Stay away from this hotel. You have been WARNED!

From check-in to check out the staff at TheWit was very engaging. Made you feel very welcome. Room was extremely comfortable. Plenty enough room view of the city was excellent from the 19th floor. Bathroom spacious shower has excellent water pressure. Hotel has two bars one on the roof and one in the lobby. My recommendation is if you want to have a drink on the rooftop bar make reservations.

It was a quick birthday trip to the city. I fell in lovd with pictures of the room online and was not disappointed when it came to the room. The staff was nice and the hotel was clean. We were in a nice walkable location which was also helpful. I was slightly turned off by the lack of freee wifi and the subpar tv options. Ive stayed much cheaper less "nice" places that really outdid them in these categories. But the bed was comfy and the view was gorgeous so overall it was a wonderful stay.

I've stayed at The Wit several times and it is always a wonderful experience. The staff is very helpful and friendly and the atmosphere cool and hip. The only suggestion would be to offer more food in the roof club after 11:00 p.m. For such an exclusive and selective venue only offering pizza after 11:00pm seems counter to the overall vibe

The main reason to choose this Hotel was that we was planning to visit RoofTop Bar, ones we Check In we find out that this night Bar is Closed for Privet Party. So why that Info not apper on Hotel side before when I was make Reservation? Also, there was No Regular Coffee in Room, just Decaf👎

From the moment of check in till we checked out, the staff was absolutely amazing. The front desk found rooms for our friends and us so that we could be close together. Then they upgraded my friends to a suite because she’s gold level status with Hilton. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay very special.

While waiting in line to check out today at noon, I was unexpectedly hit and almost knocked over by a baggage cart from behind. The impact not only startled me but also caused pain. Although the porter apologized, no one else checked on my well-being. The incident occurred in full view of the staff, yet no one offered assistance or expressed concern. Even during checkout, no one acknowledged what had happened. I had expected the hotel staff to care about my well-being, but their lack of response left me truly disappointed. What began as a pleasant stay ended on a sour note due to this unfortunate incident.
