My recent stay was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with the utmost hospitality by the incredibly friendly staff. Their attention to detail and eagerness to ensure every guest enjoys their stay was truly commendable. The room exceeded all my expectations, offering not only comfort but also a breathtaking view of the city. Waking up to such a panorama was a daily delight. The overall ambiance of the hotel, coupled with the staff's dedication to guest satisfaction, made my experience unforgettable. I highly recommend to anyone seeking a superb stay in the city.

Fantastic location, perfect to walk even in the cold Chicago weather, parking is connected and the building is warm and welcoming! Hotel and room were both very clean and well lit. Front desk was helpful and friendly! Will definitely stay next time I’m in town!

Upon arrival on Nov 30 I informed front desk one of the rooms(king bed) I booked/paid for the party was not able to stay that night Nov 30 because of an emergency situation that happened. They rebooked their flight and we're going to stay Dec 1 only at Spring Hill suites. When they arrived on Saturday morning they were told a fee would be charged for $140. I am disputing this fee as the front desk was told the party was only staying one night. Please refund this amount. Thank you, Petrina Moran

Pros: Excellent location with easy access to downtown Chicago, easy self-parking options, extremely comfortable bed and pillows. Cons: Very dated property with interior finishes in common areas and the rooms really needing a refresh and update. Felt dark and dingy. Bathroom exhaust fan was completely ineffective to remove shower steam and bathroom odors, which made the room unpleasant. Plus, the grout in the shower area was covered in red mold or mildew. The coffee maker in the room did not work.

I stayed for 5 nights for the Chicago marathon and the hotel was incredibly prepared for the influx of guests and ready to serve and accommodate us however we needed. It’s in a prefect location to walk anywhere downtown and along the riverfront. It was also easy to meet people at breakfast if you chose to. The only less positives I’d say are that the elevator to go down from an already low floor (I was on the 4th) takes forever. I learned it’s faster to press the button to call the elevator up and ride it all the way to the top even with people’s stops than wait for it to open for me to go down. That was annoying. And while there was a small variety of breakfast options, I’d say they were simply decent. If you’re looking for more homemade breakfast style, you won’t find that. But simple breakfast options with some eggs and potatoes added… it was good enough for me so it was perfect.

We had a really good experience at Springhill Suits by Marriot. The staff at the front desk was and in the entrance were really helpful. The room was clean and the view we had was amazing 😍 Also, the location is very convenient if you’re looking forward exploring the city and have some drinks at night!

Bella struttura, colazione ottima sia dolce che salato. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile. I letti sono molto comodi. La camera viene pulita solo a giorni alterni, quindi nel giorno di non pulizia non vengono nemmeno rifatti i letti. Questo non è proprio un punto a favore per la catena Marriott. Nel contesto è comunque una bella struttura.
