They was very helpful when calling the desk or even in person at the desk. Valet parking was super fast. The staff was so nice and breakfast buffet was amazing and last till 10:30am for the late sleepers

Perfect!!!

Hotel rooms were very nice but most of the staff were very rude and unapproachable hot breakfast had options but tasted subpar at best. Dining options were very limited due to the fact you had to stay close to the hotel because of all the beggars lurking around following you. Dining options close by were not good as well expensive and terrible service although a few were good but when staying for a few days they got old fast too. Definitely not worth the cost but what do you do when that’s all that wa available close to the McCormick Place Convention Center.

Server Charged us for breakfast and tried to scam of us of are vouchers. Front desk did nothing at check out had to call to get it fixed. Then stayed on a corner room with a wonderful view. But only to find out the restaurant turn into a club on Friday and Saturday music so loud it was like I had a DJ in our room. Hotel does nothing because they don’t own the restaurant.

Our check-in was bad. Their system was down so an employee had to escort us to our room, only our room had someone working on it. So they had to select another room and escort us to that. No fan in the bathroom, shower handle wasn’t secure, so it was either too hot or too cold. Had to ask for sheets for the pull-out sofa three times. The WiFi didn’t waist of the time. Everyone was friendly, but no one really fixed the problems. Hallway smelled like stale smoke and ****.

The property and staff were great! Just my “ neighbors “ have kids running g around on the hall at 3 a.m. keep us awake and not resting at all. The staff took care of them for a few al hours, but they got back at it next night.

Staff was incredibky nice, hotel was extremely clean, breakfast was very nice. My only dislike was that we went to use the pool and you couldnt even see the bottom as the water was so cloudy. Opted to not use.

I enjoyed my stay and so did the family. However, the mattress was very worn, paper towels had stains on them, one of the tables were not clean, and the room smelled like feet and dampness. Other than that the room decor was very nice and modern. Parking was also too expensive.
