We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. The cleanliness is pretty disappointing. We found the dirty kettle in one of our room. The next day morning also found a lipstick mark on our coffee cups. The staff at frontdesk need to improve on “customer service & details” we were informed that the shuttle for picking up from the night market is fixed at 8/9/10pm. We mentioned that we would take the 9pm and if ever we would change we will contact them. End up we all were waiting for them so long (until I called actually. It was nearly 30mins late to pick us up) and the staff at frontdesk said to me that I was unclear with them so they wait for the call which means if I didn’t manage to call we all probably need to wait until their last shuttle. And the service is chargeable not complimentary. What a wow kind of response/service. My husband and I actually were very upset and even spoke to the staff there. Yes they said sorry. But you all need to train them better if you can. With the price and such service we were served. - disappointed.
