普利爾皮納飯店(Prealpina)

Heureusement que cette hôtel se trouve avec une jolie vue sur le lac Leman, car il n'en vaut pas vraiment la peine. Pas d'ascenseur jusqu'au 5 ème étage, pas de clim, rideaux qui ne tiennent pas lorsqu'on ouvre la fenêtre, pas de mini frigo, 2 tasses et 1 cuillère pour une chambre de 3 personnes, lumière du miroir de la salle de bain qui ne fonctionne pas, obligé de taper sur l'interrupteur extérieur de la salle de bain pour arriver à allumer son unique lumière... Matelas très durs, accueil minimaliste... Je ne recommande pas.

Chambre double avec balcon réservée sur Hôtel com...mais visiblement hôtel.com m'a réservé une chambre familiale, donc difficultés au moment de la réception de la chambre évidemment. L'hôtel prealpina n'y est pour rien, c'est contre Hôtel com que je peste !! Sinon, chambre propre, belle vue sur le lac. Litterie trop dur pour moi et oreillers trop mous !😅 Petit déjeuner excellent... à 18€ par tête heureusement (vive la Suisse pour les petits prix😬😬). Parking pour véhicules gratuit sous couvert soit découvert au choix.

On the positive side….the view from our small window was extraordinary. That’s it. We were a couple travelling with our adult daughter, who is studying in France. I booked this hotel based on the photos and the reviews - and was more than a little disappointed with what we actually got. There was no picture window or balcony or open pleasant spacious room. We were assigned to a cramped garret in poor repair with sloping ceilings and no floor space on the 5th level. (Elevators run to the 4th floor only and it’s stairs after that.) The pullout couch was very uncomfortable; all the pillows were flat. The toilet seat had a broken hinge so it slid around freely, and 2 of the 3 nozzles on the shower head were obstructed meaning showering was a slow painful process. The window had dry-rot on the exterior so that when it was opened, bits and pieces broke off and fell to the floor. The breakfast was incredibly expensive and we didn’t opt-in, so I can’t assess whether it was any good….but based on everything else, we felt it was a very poor bet. There were only about 6 other cars in the parking lot so I can’t account for being relegated to such a terrible room on the basis of over-crowding. It was just very, very underwhelming and disappointing, especially given that it was also not cheap.

Breakfasts overlooking the serene lake were a highlight, providing a tranquil start to each day. As you drive up, you’re met with the delightful company of chickens and goats, adding a touch of rural charm to the experience. It’s a heartwarming sight that sets the tone for a relaxing stay. The hotel’s location is a dream for wine enthusiasts, surrounded by numerous vineyards to explore. The easy access to both Lausanne and Montreux made day trips a breeze, offering a taste of city life amidst the serene countryside. One minor point of improvement would be the pillows, which were a bit on the uncomfortable side. Having a few extra options would greatly enhance the sleeping experience. Overall, this hotel offers a perfect blend of natural beauty, warm hospitality, and convenient access to nearby attractions. It’s a gem for those seeking a peaceful retreat in the heart of Switzerland’s wine country.

Die Zimmer mit Balkon und Seesicht sind geräumig und sauber. Die Sicht auf den See ist fantastisch. Das Zimmer ist neuer renoviert und tiptop. Das ganze Hotel ist jedoch schon recht in die Jahre gekommen, das sieht man überall. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und preislich fair. Wir würden dieses Hotel wieder für ein paar Nächte nutzen, da die Lage und Aussicht wirklich top sind.
