Was not aware it was under reno thin walls got no sleep neiborring rooms where very loud all night tried go to pool with kids other kids where roudy and inconsideret.hotel rooms aresmall

They were doing construction and it was very loud. It started in the early morning and went till after 6 pm

Checked ins tried instantly getting a refund. The rooms a dump. Bed is so uncomfortable. O wanted to check out and just get my money right back. They said it was not able to be done. Very unhappy.

Upon entry, the room smelt bad. It was an indescribable smell, not moldy, but almost rotten. The walls had peeling wall paper. The bathroom door was all chipped at the bottom. There was a dirty towel in the pull out couch. Four people on reservation, only three towels in the room. Had to request blankets for the pull out couch even though we were a reservation for four so obviously needed it for sleeping. Pool never had enough towels.

The property was located in a quiet area so we didn't hear a lot of traffic or noise and it was easy to get in and out of the parking lot. We were able to park in a safe, well lit area. Easy drive to places to shop and eat.

They put us on the first floor to close to where the breakfast area echo. The door lock did not work well, our keys kept not working even after getting new ones. We had left that evening for dinner and shut the door hard and came back and it was not latched all the way! Very disappointing !

Our room was right next o the kitchen prep room for breakfast. Lots of slamming and banging at 5am was not appreciated
