對服務和設施非常失望。 我們預訂這家飯店是因為有游泳池。我們一家四口計畫和孩子們一起游泳。 不幸的是，當我們登記入住時，接待員告訴我們 16 歲以下不能使用游泳池。 其次，我們請人為我們準備了嬰兒床。這位女士首先來問我先生是否知道如何自己設定。 在我丈夫說「不」之後，那位女士很生氣。 這是我們為四星級飯店提供的「令人驚嘆」的服務。 如果我們知道這些，我們肯定不會選擇這家酒店。

辦理入住手續非常簡單，沒有任何麻煩，三名工作人員負責辦理客人入住手續。 房間大小足夠，有舒適的床和優質的枕頭，確保良好的休息。 酒店非常乾淨，人員配備齊全，唯一的缺點是位置距離市中心不遠，但這並不影響交易，因為這家酒店位於市中心郊區，停車要方便得多。

Very clean very beautiful and very good service. Beautiful terrace to drink your coffee in the morning. We stayed in a superior king bedroom and it was honestly so clean and comfortable and relaxing

Brilliant hotel and location. Breakfast queue was the only thing which may have been an issue but we were there early so no problem. But could do with looking at how this is set up at busy times. Loved the whole visit.

Very nice hotel, clean, lovely breakfast. Roughly £8-10 in taxi to center.

Appealing modern hotel let down by staff. Cobwebs under desk in room. Horrible wait for food in restaurant, claim of lost ticket in kitchen. Unfortunately it was the same painfully slow experience that we had 4 years ago, overconfident/superficial bar staff, waiting staff without a basic level of initiative.

Really disappointed, booked as a night for partners birthday, but with a big event going on at the hotel, it was very crowded and noisy all evening, barely slept as we could hear people running about and shouting all night, and the bed was not very comfy either. It wasn’t a pleasant stay in truth and I wouldn’t be visiting there again, particularly as the night before we stayed somewhere else for half the price and felt 10x better. Unfortunately really disappointed with the stay.

In my opinion a hotel shouldn’t be able to advertise a pool if it’s chargeable at £20 per person. The hotel is VERY tired. The bed base was scratched and peeling the walls needed a paint, the carpets needed a clean. The rooms are very basic unless you upgrade. Small and dark with a view of a wall 6 ft away when you look out of the small window. The clientele at the hotel were probably reflective of its condition. A man repeatedly hawking and spitting on the floor right outside reception as we arrived and then then group of women drinking out on the bar terrace at 8pm on Friday evening….in their dressing gowns, whilst other guests are dressed for dinner. Very odd. Not somewhere I’d visit again and moreover would make me doubt using the Hilton brand again.

We have stayed before at the Double Tree in Chester, regrettably I got food poisoning and spent the entire weekend ill. This time round is was just lovely, food fabulous, room was just fab, clean and felt very luxurious. The breakfast is just amazing and the morning staff are so lovely and can’t hep you enough.

Average and could have been much better. The room was large and nicely decorated but dark and cold. Breakfast was chaotic. Poor ingredients, badly cooked (pale sausages and bacon both looked barely cooked and the hash browns had a funny taste). Ended up just having a continental instead of a cooked breakfast which was pretty nice to be fair. Overall definitely wouldn’t stay again.

Warm welcome on arrival. As it was our 2nd anniversary, the hotel upgraded us to a dulxe room, and sprinkled petals on our bed. Thought it was a lovely touch. Room was clean, bed was super comfy and had all the extras expected, hairdryer, toiletries, robes, tea/coffee facilities. My only negative, was a view of the carpark. Bar/restaurant great. Lots of choice and good quality. Spa/pool area lovely (did not have any treatments)
