紹辛頓Residence Inn 飯店(Residence Inn Southington)

We had a queen bed with a sofa pullout. The queen bed was uncomfortable & more like a full. The sofa bed appeared to be broken & we could not sleep on it. 2 of us got no sleep due to the sofa bed. Our phone in the room was also not working when we tried to contact the front desk. Very nice staff, but room was horrible.

i stayed here because my girls had dance competition and it was close to the venue . it was very spacious offered a complementary breakfast had a pool that was able to used. it served us well for the weekend .. the only thing was the linen for the pull out bed didnt fit and was dirty but the front desk did give us clean linen after we went there that was the only issue other than that the stay was great i would stay there again if needed!

Our one night stay was nice and the young ladies who helped us checking in and out were great/helpful. Would/will consider staying there in the future.

Check in was a breeze. Room is huge and very clean. Pool is fantastic. Very happy with our stay.

Decent. Not housekeeping everyday. Nice staff. Friendly. Large rooms, suites for a good price.

I just think that the coffee and cream could be better quality

We enjoyed our spacious suite and the friendliness of the manager and staff--at the desk and at breakfast--was appreciated. Would recommend it to others.

Amazing staff, heated indoor pool, super clean. Amazing hotel.
