The entire room was a filthy mess. Tub had hair in it. Dirt, loose caulk around tub and baseboard. ********** and dried urine on toilet. Felt like we had to, and we did, check for bedbugs. Thank God no bedbugs. But having to use bathroom in nite, there was a roach scurrying from bathroom to under sink over baseboard and wall. Put clothes and shoes on to sleep rest of nite

My wife and I went to a concert at Riverbend and this is definitely the closest, best place to stay if you’re doing the same. Friendly staff and the room was clean, and at a reasonable price. What more could you want?

Clean and conveniently located near lots of shopping and dining options, close to Downtown and Riverbend. Friendly and helpful managers, front desk staff and housekeeping. Nice continental breakfast included!

Facility was a bit dated and needed some repairs. Was an $80-$90/day motel not a $130-$150/day facility.

There was hardly any hot water in our room. The heat did not work. I had to run it on fan all the time. It got either too hot or too cold. There should be more trash cans throughout the property. It is very inconvenient for the guest.

Breakfast is ok. Room could have been cleaner. I noticed a long strand of hair on one of the towels and some unkempt spots in the bathroom.

Hotel is nice, great location, great service, they just need to pay a little more attention to upkeep. It’s clean, but aging, so it just needs occasional deep cleaning and attention to small things.

The room was clean, and the beds very comfortable. Room service made my bed everyday, and emptied my trash. The front desk person was friendly and professional. Plan on returning this week.
