Welcoming hotel.. Staff is very polite and helpful.. Arpan, Shakti, Meera and Sumitra were really helpful & courteous.. Veg food is good as well.. Spacious room and good bedding.. Relatively nearby corporates.. Beach is approximately 2 kms away from the hotel.

The Deluxe rooms are spacious, if booked for Standard kindly check with Reception for an Upgrade with Minimal charge. Mr. Fredrick was courteous to have it done. Given the top floor with clean & tidy room. The amenities are good. Breakfast sprread is just tasty... Loved the stay and exceeded my expectations. Thank you all.

Rooms were clean and nice. Food was delicious. Liked the service from the staff. Laundry services are also nice. Breakfast served had multiple options and was delicious too. Room service was too prompt and available in a single phone call. Rooms and overall cleanliness was well maintained.

Team Dinner at The Fishermans Wharf, It was very good, Tasty food with Amazing ambience, the team experienced the nice gesture. Excellent service by restaurant team, Ms.Meera had beautiful smile nd polite. Good job, We will visit again Thanks.👍

Great location and fantastic food and very supportive staffs . I was in Chennai for business travel and stayed for 2night in Essentia hotel OMR which very convenient and close to my office. Thank you for great help Mr. Jagadish (Corp CE) for helping me on Rooms booking . Will surely come back .

Took this place for my sister's wedding. The rooms are decent but not worth 4k be it deluxe. It can be classified as 3-4star business property. You need to explain your order thrice and repeat the room number four times. Subordinate staffs failed to understand and comply the instructions. Managers are good enough to understand and co-operate but doesn't compensate everything else which is going completely negative. Food at the restaurant was below average quality and taste. No coordination between Kitchen and service staff, our Indian breads were served 10mins before gravies resulting into reordering of breads and bearing extra cost. We had 29room nights, the so called special rate given to us was 3500/- plus taxes without breakfast and normal rate available online was 3800/- inclusive taxes with breakfast, sales team is specialising in unfair trade practice. The worst of all front office staff fails to file the supporting bills of room order and it took 1hour to settle the bills. They produced two extra bills which didn't belong to me or my guests and I had to sit down and reconcile the final bill. The staff specifically instructed not to take in any room service order without cash payment and still they took when I questioned then they called a "LADY GUEST AT 10:00PM" asking for money when another bill belonging to a male guest was ignored and never called. I guess they are eagerly waiting to call women guests at night. The bathrooms had rusting towel bars, many a times one towel was missing and it took two calls to get the another which smelled funny and another two calls to get the fresh one. There was a locking issue in two rooms and the locks were beeping for almost 1 min after closing the door.

What can I say about this fantastic Place. The hospitality, service and the staff behaviour is top notch. I travel to chennai every month. As a female traveller, I've never had to consider another hotel. Essentia Premier has always been my go-to place. It is the safest place one can ask for. I'd want to sincerely thank Elan, Praveen, Arnold, Riya, Neeraj, Varsha, Avira for always being there. Asha who became more of a friend and always made sure to be there when I needed help. Kudos to Guna, Uday, Dinesh, Siva Subramani, Saran, Madhavan, Bul Bul. You guys are doing an amazing job. This is the best hotel you can ask for and I can say this anytime, anyday.

Best hotel to stay in Chennai it's top in location, food , hygiene and it's budget friendly too. It's very easy to access for all kind of shops and restaurants very nearby. And staffs are so friendly especially Front office manager Varsha and her team was so polite and helpful throughout the stay and thanks to Riya, Arnold too.

Hotel is very good especially Mr Gowtham was good he is Friendly nature he help us allot allot good rooms for us restaurant was good food have to improve in taste test of all are nice....... Next time we will give again...... ....... ....... ....
