Despite following up via email, their staff keeps shifting responsibility without providing any clear information about my refund. It seems they are reluctant to return your money if a booking is canceled. Please be cautious and consider booking with them only if you are certain about your plans. If there's any chance of a last-minute cancellation, I strongly advise against booking with Hablis.
