One of the finest hotel I ever seen out of my 16 countries I had travelled .. Respect 🫡 Cleanliness salute 🫡 Service salute 🫡 Food taste yummy 😋 Close to airport and on main road the hotel located I prefer this is the best in Chennai pls stay and experience this lovely feeling as me .. Excellent and outstanding qualities

Trident Hotel staff were very warm, friendly and helpful. Food was full of variety and very delicious. Rooms were clean and spacious. would like to visit again

My go to hotel in Chennai . Good location. Near airport. Cheaper than Radisson blu. Clean room.

Good place since I was transiting via Chennai. Ordered a pizza which had bad cheese. Please ask reception to ask which food is best to order. Ordering anything from menu might be problematic.

Trident has very friendly and welcoming staff. Cinnamon restaurant is very good with great breakfast and dinner options. The hotel is very nice and clean, found the staff working hard to maintain the facility. The hotel provides shuttle options for a fee. The rooms are very nice and spacious.

A one night stay. We choose the Trident because of it’s close proximity to Chennai Airport. This is a well run hotel with comfortable rooms, swimming pool, Bar, and Restaurant serving both Asian and western cuisine. An excellent place to relax before a flight. Would use again and not hesitate to recommend Dave & Salt Yorks

Excellent stay at Trident,, Chennai. Biggest asset of the property are its staff, super attentive and helpful. The property, building, grounds are gorgeous and immaculately maintained. They do need to modernize the rooms and especially bathrooms, they are showing their age.

This is a really wonderful hotel. Very clean, comfortable and welcoming. Positive: Great location, close to airport. Shuttle service was excellent, very professional. I was greeted with respect and hospitality, even a glass of juice while checking in. Breakfast buffet was delicious with ***y choices of Indian and western foods. Service was impeccable. Skillful and friendly. Upon checking out, I had to wait for a driver. I was offered coffer and biscuits while waiting. Negative: Original desk clerk offered to have tea brought to my room and newspaper in the morning. Neither arrived. Also, he told me that the spa was booked. That was the only glitch during my visit. Later, another clerk said the spa was booked yesterday, but not for this morning. He immediately led me to the steam room which was all I wanted. It was delightful. The one staff member wasn't on the ball, but every other staff member was friendly and very helpful. The overall experience was wonderful. This is an excellent hotel.
