金奈OMR福朋喜來登飯店

ベッドのシーツが交換はされているが、シミが沢山残っていた。部屋の湿度が高いため、ベッドのシーツや枕について、よくホテルで感じられるサラサラの肌触り、清潔感が感じられなかった。枕のカバーは交換されているが、枕本体を見るとかなりのシミがついており、不快だった。 全体的に設備の整備、交換や清掃が行き届いていないように感じた。清潔感が平均レベルにいっていない気がします。 従業員やスタッフの関係や仕組みが影響しているのであれば、国際的な標準レベルに到達できるように改善が早急に必要です。 朝食については満足しております。これだけが救いです。 アクセスはチェンナイ市内中心部や空港からは離れているため、Uber等を利用しての行き来が必要となります。メトロが工事中です。メトロが開通することで、アクセスはかなり改善されると考えます。

Beautiful Service , Excellent Hospitality , Got a free upgrade in room type. Front Desk(Forgot the name) was very efficient and professional while Check in. All in All wonderful stay! Cheers to Four Points OMR Chennai!

Very good and convenient

Horrible experience at Four Points by Sheraton. Their claim of being a 4 star hotel is a farce. I have never stayed at a worst Marriott hotel ever (I am a platinum member and have frequently stayed at other Marriott hotels in last 8 years). This stay is a case study in how a hotel stay could go so wrong - broken toilet seat, dirty bathroom and room and torn bed sheet (not for me but by colleague). Coffee machine at breakfast was out of order and so many of the options at the breakfast were unavailable. Please avoid at all cost!

Very Pathetic experience. While checking in we were showing our MMT booking. But the person at the Reception did not want to see it. On insisting that he at least see the same he started abusing us. When we said we will complain, he threatened us. This kind of Front Office Staff is not expected in this kind of a Hotel Chain. Even the Room did not have a hand towel. The breakfast was also very average. I requested for a feedback form, but was denied. Had a business meeting the next day, and it was a sorry way to start the trip at Chennai. Advice for people not to get fooled by the Chain Name for this location and choose some other peaceful and comfortable Hotel.
