Lo mejor de toda la experiencia de este lugar fue sin duda la atención de Silvana. Es una persona súper amable, atenta y educada. La comida era bastante normal aunque sí que me facilitaron el tema del gluten. Por lo demás, es un sitio que está ok.

El lugar es muy lindo y acogedor. Es céntrico frente a la plaza. Muy buen punto. La comida muy rica Los platos muy bien presentados La atención espectacular, mucho personal. Nos atendió Silvana, una persona muy agradable. Nos atendió de maravillas y nos habló en español!!!

We booked a reservation for 131 The Terrace for dinner. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted and treated so very well. What a brilliant atmosphere. The service was very good. The soufflé we both ordered was delicious. We both ordered brevet steak, differently cooked to each other absolutely perfect. The sauce to accompany the steak peppercorn for my husband, bernaise sauce for me were both so good. Dessert was delicious too. The wine was very good quality. The staff and service were just very good too. Cannot wait to return to Cheltenham we will definitely be back.

Stayed for just one night with my wife in Room 25. Wow! Wow! Wow! A massive comfy bed, with three or four pillows. Comfy settee, work desk and chair in tbe next room, and then what a bathroom! Twin sinks, a large bath, and the most amazing twin shower cubicle with rain shower head, and an adjustable "body height" one to keep yout hair dry. Can't comment on dinner. But breakfast was pretty decent. On a gorgeous summer evening, the drinks area at the rear of the property, Gin & Juice was perfect. So chilled. Plenty of street parking at the rear of the property, and permits provided at hotel reception. Would I go back again? Absolutely for another stay that room.

OUTSTANDING rooms! Done with such class and attention to detail. It really sets itself apart from surrounding hotels. The staff and customer service in our experience has been exceptional. It has the Wow factor for sure. Great spot for a special occasion. Definitely recommend.

Amazing hotel, amazing Japanese restaurant (Yoku) - taster menu is unreal - amazing breakfast, served by Lara. Top hotel in top location, with excellent staff. Rooms are exquisite, offering everything you need and more. Top quality and attention to detail is second to none. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Quirky and luxe place to stay. We stayed for my friend’s special birthday and had room 10, it was beautiful. The only draw back was it was hot and up several flights of stairs. The decor is gorgeous and the standard is high. We had drinks in Gin and Juice which is great. Cool Dj. Would definitely return.

Fantastic hotel, attention to detail in rooms first class. Super cozy and comfy. Slept really well in room full of character. Original features in room take you back in time and really appreciate the history of the building, Lovely coffee and stocked mini bar. Breakfast superb.
