The reception staff are sooooooo nice! The room’s quiet, clean and well-decorated! Free, delicious breakfast is served from 6-10am. Love this place! I would totally come again!!!

Easy access to city, clean and friendly.

During the check in process, the front desk staff entered all 16 digits of my credit card into hotel computer without my permission. When I noticed, I asked why? The person answered “hotel does not have a credit card swipe machine”. Person went on to say “if you prefer you can cancel the booking on *******”. I had just arrived from Logan airport on a long flight to Boston from Japan from Logan and believe the hotel check in staff persons decision to capture my credit card number in full without offering an alternative e.g. cash or other option was unprofessional. Have stayed at the Chelsea Hampton on most of my return or departure flight days. The staff person’s demeanor and lack of communication does not represent the normal and professional hotel service offered at this location. Hotel shuttle driver was excellent and on point as always. Hot coffee in lobby very good. Holiday decor in the lobby very nice.

Shuttle to the airport doesn't run the whole day which they messaged after I could make any changes in the reservation. The shower was very inconvenient, I couldn't wash my baby without taking shower myself. They brought a playpen for the baby but no crib sheet. I was very disappointed in this Hampton hotel.

The problem was the shuttle service. I answered several e-mails about flight hours and arrival times, etc. I felt that it was all set. Then upon arrival, I called as instructed. Hilton (the hotel claimed) had posted the wrong information and the shuttle service had closed 6 minutes before we called. The front desk explained the mistake and we were given 2 bottles of water to compensate for a $25 Uber ride. I believe that Hilton should have reimbursed us for the unexpected expense. Hilton should also work on making the information sent to travelers clearer and correct for the hotel where one is staying.

I stayed at this hotel because it was close to the airport since I was dropping my daughter and new husband off for their honeymoon. The rehearsal dinner was Friday and the wedding was Saturday and I dropped them off at the airport at 3:30am and went back to the hotel to finally get some sleep. We were awoken at 8:36 am by housekeeping knocking on our door. When I asked to talk to a manager I got the supervisor on duty. She tried to say they made a mistake and it was the person across the hall that they were checking on to see if they had left. Then when I told her that I had listened to them knock on four doors, she basically just said my bad, and ended the conversation. It was not a pleasant experience, since I really need the sleep after a long and stressful(but beautiful) weekend and had to drive back to Albany, NY.
