Very nice place and the customer was very helpful, everyone was good

We stayed recently for a hen party. We had four rooms booked, and staff were friendly when we arrived and held our bags as we were a little early for check in. When we did check in, we had the whole party with us (including those who weren't staying) and we were... merry... and yet we were still made to feel very welcome. Our room was clean and set up as a twin, as requested which was lovely. Upon returning back to the room for the night, the Bride had recieved a gift and a card congratulating her on the upcoming wedding from Nikki Richard and team. Thank you so much for your kindness and hospitality. Would stay again.

Pulling the cover back when waking up in the morning i didn't want to see I had spent the night with bed bugs in my bed, we took pictures to show them & managed to trap 1 in a glass so they could see it, we reported it to reception who just said sorry we'll investigate, we waited a round 2 hours but nothing & still nothing, this was over a week ago now & I'm still waiting to hear back

Comfortable room with all you could need. Helpful staff, especially Giulio who was kind and welcoming. Would stay here again. Breakfast was good too! Unlimited full English is some start to the day. Held our luggage after our stay as well. :)

The staff was phenomenal! I stayed here the night before my wedding! And the staff went above and beyond for us even rooming my groom the floor above me to avoid us seeing each other the morning of our wedding! They gifted us a card and bubbly and chocolates and just went above and beyond for myself my groom and my whole family! Highly recommend
