So expensive and no bathtub! 600 per night, breakfast was not great, just edible. The room’s insulation is really really bad. I can heard next door couples’ fighting and upstairs steps. Not good for a light sleeper

Good resort with breakfast, basketball court, and game. It is close to the commercial area and many restaurants within walking distance. Overall good

Absolutely loved the 2 bedroom Baker condo we had for the weekend with our friends! Everything was clean and neat! Kitchen was well stocked with dinnerwear and cookware. Customer service was top notch. Loved that they texted me instead of calling. Even checked out by text. How convenient! The security guard Stuart was probably one of the coolest, nicest people. He was very polite and we had a good chat and some laughs with him. Highly recommend this resort! Will continue coming back!

The staff make this place a great place to stay. From the moment we arrived, they do a quick check in, the texting option for anything we need is super great. Instead of having to call the front desk you send them a quick text message and they respond immediately. All the staff is super friendly and very professional. We come every year and we love it. Very accommodating.

We had a fun weekend stay with the family. Location is pretty convenient to downtown Leavenworth (without snow it was about a 10min walk), and onsite parking was easy. There was a little communication issue with getting a crib in our room, but they brought one quickly when we called from the room. They have a nice complementary hot breakfast and offer disposable plates/utensils so you can take to food back to your room. The room itself is a little dated but clean and spacious. I really appreciated that they had laminate flooring instead of carpeting in their rooms (wish more places would do this for cleanliness reasons). Overall we had a relaxing stay and look forward to coming back in the summer to take advantage of more amenities!

Decent stay overall. Hotel is a bit outdated for the price paid. Play room is small. Breakfast is ok. Same thing everyday just the basics. Room is also ok. I guess for the price I paid I was expecting more. But it’s a top destination during the holidays so I guess that explains the price. The wine tasting room next door closes at 7pm and was closed the following day and was not opened before I checked out on the 3rd day so did not get to experience that or take advantage of the deal with the stay. Pretty decent walk to the town but I did not mind it at all. If you go during prime time expect to wait 1hr to 2hrs to eat at any restaurant in town. The “gym” is pretty sad as well. Outside activities were closed due to snow and season. Pool was open and it is heated. Expect to pay tourists prices for everything I think I single can beer was $7.

When I checked in the Resort was expecting me. Check-in was a breeze. But most impressive was the level of communications. I heard from them several times before arriving making sure that, if I had special needs, they would do everything possible to ensure I enjoyed my stay even giving me the option to check in early. That level of communications has continued during my stay.

We were not able to enjoy any amenities, I imagine they would be much better in warm weather. The staff said they would call us with an early arrival time, but never did. Then, when we tried to go to the restaurant we were turned away because we did not have reservations (although no one told us they would be needed). The space was a bit dated, but it was clean and relatively quiet. It’s close enough to walk into the village area of town, and there was plenty of parking. But for an ‘average’ experience it definitely was not worth the cost.

Look, this is a fine hotel for families. A beautiful pool (I did not use it), a small game room, and reportedly mini golf (also not used by me). But this hotel is very expensive and on the edge of town. So if you are traveling via train to visit downtown Leavenworth, it is a 15-20 minute walk each way. That is not a bad distance, but not easy to run to the hotel to drop things off, etc. In addition, the train arrives early evening and leaves very early - there is only one shuttle service and this hotel is the last drop off. So the first day, everything is closed (restaurant and the small bar at the restaurant) in and around the hotel by the time you arrive. And you leave 1.5 hours before the train and before anything is open. So for the expense of two nights (close to $1000) I really only got one day in the hotel and town. As my goal was to see the town, I would have been better served with a cheaper place or at least a place in town. The room is fine with a comfortable bed but nothing fancy. For a family with kids and a car, I think this place would be lovely. They had Christmas cookies in the small lobby in the afternoon and a live musician in the restaurant for dinner time. But overall for me and my goals, very pricey and limited for what I wanted.
