Lovely clean hotel, room was clean and just what was needed, only stayed one night, would definitely stay here again

Pretty old premise, is acceptable for overnight stay. WIFI is good and parking free. Recommend to stay when the rate is between £39-50. Staff is nice.

Travelled with my dog. Clean and friendly. Would definitely visit again.

Receptionist was lovely, polite and friendly. Easy booking in and parking was nearby. We were en route to a dog show. Room was very basic and quite dated. Bed was super comfortable and plenty of room for us and the travel dog crate. Powerful shower but the bathroom could do with a deep clean and an update/refresh as it was tired and dated. A Shame that there is only McDonalds on site for food. Overall it was OK but I wouldn't stay there again.

Uncleaned and poorly maintained hotel

Great location for overnight stay. Simple room with retail park & restaurants nearby.

The location of the property, at a motorway services is good for those considering a single night stopover, but not for those needing to travel around the area, due to the need to first drive to the next junction to exit. The room was very basic, was very fopist smelling, as the heating was off and room cold, and the water pipes stank. As soon as I opened the bathroom door the putrid stench hit me. I had no desire to fill a kettle for a drink and no desire to eat or drink on the premises after this experience. I had a feeling that the hotel was in need of renovation but that money was unavailable.

Standard budget hotel. No complaints. A bit dated but expected for the price. Staff were lovely.

Staff was very polite, but the overall cleanliness of the Rom, sheets and bathroom was terrible. Didn’t even risked to take a shower and slept dressed as the sheets were stained. I will never stay there again.
