On my second stay at this hotel, I discovered a bed bug on my pillow right before I fell asleep (thank god). Packed up my stuff in a hurry and explained to the receptionist what had happened. She was apologetic and understanding, gave me phone numbers to call and I was able to get a refund in the morning. Not a fun way to spend the night, had to find another hotel at 10PM and bag and seal everything that was contaminated. Find another hotel if you don’t want bed bugs.

Stains on pillows, walls. Poop streak on toilet seat upon arrival. Terrible breakfast. Coffee was lacking flavor. The front staff was nice. We will never stay with your brand of hotel or your particular location ever again.

This was a disappointing stay. I was happy that there was a sign outside that said, "Newly Remodeled." Perhaps the lobby was, but the room, I didn't feel was updated. We got a Accessible Room, although we didn't ask for one. The shower faucet was anything but accessible. It was extremely difficult to turn on and adjust the temperature. The room, itself, had a must smell that we had a hard time getting out of our head. The room was also small for a king sized room. On the plus side: the fridge had a large freezer which came in handy. The TV appeared new and worked well. Also, the WIFI was secure. The bed was okay but in need of a new mattress in the near future. I did not complain to the front desk as we had to get up and out of there the next morning. I should have given them the courtesy of doing that. If I needed a quick stay it may work. But, I will not stay there next time through the area.

We did not get the room we booked. we booked a king bed and got a room with a full bed. Never told us when we checked in. when I inquired was told I could have a room in the PET section. My wife is allergic to pet hair. so unacceptable, breakfast was not good

We stood in 3 inches of water in the bathtub every time we showered. Air conditioner doesnt cool room. Noisy bathroom fan that doesnt do anything. The ceiling tiles were collapsing in the hallways and rain water leaking everywhere.

Need better snow and ice removal. Otherwise it's a great property. Stay there many times

After checking out after a 6 night stay, the staff told the front desk employee that there were bed bugs on the same floor I was staying in. Previously in the week I asked the front seat staff what their capacity was at and they said very low. Wouldn’t the staff book us into a different area of the hotel or at least caution guests before checking in? I want a refund. That’s disgusting

When we looked at hotel online it said it had a bar and restauraunt , there was no bar or restaurant the bar was a small fridge with cans of beer in it. Bed was uncomfortable. Employees were nice and helpful. Wont stay there again.
