The location is very good and near to the main market area, perfect for business visitors. Alao the food at the resturant pankhuri was very delicious and all the staff members are very welcoming. The rooms are also very well maintained.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at [hotel name, and i must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment i stepped into the lobby, i was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, making me feel welcomed and valued as a guest

It is located in the central palace of agra on mg road with good and well organized staff. Also the room was very cleaned with proper hygiene maintain. Will give 9 out 10

Property location is very good. Market is nearby, equal distance form both the stations. Food is good. Staff are very good by nature.

The hotel is in an ideal location with a short trip from agra idgah and agra cantt rail stations making it easily accessible. In addition it is close to main attractions in agra with a range of transport as soon as you step onto the road outside. The hotel itself was very clean, polite and attentive staff and has access to 2 restaurants. The restaurants were clean, well laid out and had many veg and non veg choices, although may not be budget friendly. With limited choice for food around, it was good to have these restaurants with the room service available. Rooms were clean and had excellent bathrooms with a large shower head and 24 hr hot water. The beds were very comfortable too. Breakfast was ok but could be improved with more variety. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel if you are in agra.

Food is good. Book hotel including breakfast. Try offline u will get better deal on booking. Room service is good.

Location is mg road, so difficult to get auto to commute (since it’s restricted) & cabs not available too. Hotel is poorly maintained & need a major renovation. Bed is not even, toilet pipes are leaking & rooms not cleaned well. Not value for money unless the management take some major renovation.
