Amazing property! Lady at check in was very friendly and got us checked in fast and efficiently. Close to a few places to eat, we walked over to Cracker Barrel for dinner. Property is very nice and clean, parking lot is very well lit. Even though it is close to a high traffic area we haven’t heard anything at all from outside the building. Will definitely stay here again!

The staff was fantastic. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed warmly and with big smiles. The rooms are beautiful and clean and spacious. They have all the amenities. We will definitely be staying again.

We had a lovely stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Chattanooga/Hamilton Place. We were in town for one night for a wedding, and they were able to check us into our room early (noon). We had a very smooth early morning checkout as well. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, and it was a quick ride to and from the airport.

Easy access from I-75. Modern decor, very good staff in terms of customer focus. Room was well-furnished and spacious, quiet at night. Only complaint is that the water flow in the sink was pathetically low. Shower was just fine. Volcano restaurant across the street was OK, not great.

Staff was very nice and location is convenient. Just be aware of your surroundings as there’s a presence of homeless people around the area. We brought along our pup and fully prepared to stay in a pet friendly room however, I wasn’t prepared for the odor already existing in the room. It was pretty awful truthfully. Besides the pre existing scent, the room had some cosmetic issues that need to be looked at.

Very clean and quiet! The heated pool was a plus for the kids! Close to shopping and attractions are like 20 mins away! Would definitely recommend!
