賓夕法尼亞夏洛特敦歡朋套房飯店(Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Charlottetown, PEI)

This property is fairly new and everything was perfect. The front desk staff was helpful in directing us to close by restaurant and the room was large and comfortable. I would stay here again.

This property was easy to find. The parking was simple and easy. Front desk staff was extremely personable and efficient. The hotel was new, in great shape and clean. The rooms were very nice and ac worked like a dream. The breakfast was hot and fresh. The pool was clean and nice. Good weight room if you want to except use while you stay. Water bottle refill station.

Très bel hôtel, chambre confortable, propre. Il n’y a pas grand chose à proximité par contre… Au déjeuner la madame avait tellement hâte de fermer le déjeuner qu’on se faisait dire que ca allait fermé 15-20 minutes avant la fermeture… Dès qu’on a fini de manger elle était sur nous pour ramasser nos assiettes… Nous avons trouvé ça particulier… Le déjeuner était néanmoins bon!

There were several teenage Lacrosse teams here. In late evening they were running up & down hallways for hours, yelling, etc. Coaches did nothing to quiet them down. Of course this was not the hotels fault, but it went on for 4 nights. Otherwise, the staff were great, hotel accommodations were excellent too.

We had an amazing time! All the staff were friendly and accommodating to our large family! The room was the perfect size, our only issue was with the young man who checked us in on wednesday. He was extremely rude and condescending. He did put a bad taste in our mouth that was quickly washed away by the superb attitudes and friendliness of the rest of the staff!

The walls are thin you could hear everything in the hallway. We did not realize we were on a pet friendly floor and was awakened to the constant barking of a dog… this went on for hours… After reporting it two times to the front desk which did not help. There was a puddle in the floor of the washroom and we thought it was coming from the top so we wiped it up each time but after day two we realized it was in fact coming from underneath the sink, from the pipe. This is the first time I have given a negative review because we have never had complaints before after staying at the Hampton. This was our Anniversary weekend also.We checked at the desk and they could not do anything to reduce the price since we did not book with them. However they said that We should reach out to ******* and they would be willing to work with you.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is super clean and the staff are very helpful. Plus, it does Mr have that typical “hotel smell.” There’s actually no smell at all! Lol I would definitely recommend. Also, even though it’s located outside of downtown Charlottetown, there is a bus right behind the plaza next door that takes you there in about 10-15 mins for $2/trip. I used it almost daily during my stay.

I was on a motorcycle trip with 5 people. We needed to do laundry during our stay. There was only 1 washing machine and 1 dryer that did not work. We had to take our wet clothes to a laundry mat and dry them. A newer facility of that size should offer 2-3 washers and dryers. Other than that our stay was very good.

We are a family of 4 with two parents and two teens. We arrived at the airport at midnight and stayed here to sleep for the night. Room was clean and quiet (4th floor, facing road /parking) beds were comfortable. Breakfast was nicely done, some hot options (ham, eggs, potatoes, make your own waffles) and other things like muffins, cereal, bagels, fruit, cereal, yogurt, etc. and a well-stocked coffee/tea table.
