It is a relative new hotel the with very clean room, yet the facility, I mean, swimming pool (slippery inside and with puddles around) and hot tub (cannot be adjusted for vibration volume) in the below average range. The staff seemed to be not very experienced and often answered questions with stone faces and didn’t seem to fully understand the questions. The worse of all was that when I made the booking, it showed breakfast was included, but when I checked in, I was told I didn’t book a room with breakfast included. The staff told me when I made the booking, I should have included breakfast while booking the room. I told them it was really not my fault because the main booking page showed breakfast was included and when I selected a room type, there was no option with breakfast, so I assumed breakfast was included. The only bad side on me was because I should have checked the confirmation before I took off. The funny thing was after I complained and I went to the website again, instead of showing breakfast included, now breakfast available. Another problem was the door wasn’t designed to be closed tight enough, so we could hear very clearly people talking in the hallway and the light in the hallway went through the door, which made the room looked like wall lights on. Consider how much paid for a luxury hotel in the downtown area, I don’t feel I got what I paid for.
