On arrival I was told I have checked in. Which obviously was not the case. My room was given to another guest with same last name. The front desk personnel stated my husband Andrew Miller checked us in. My husband is not Andrew my husband was standing next to me at the checkin desk. The worker said they called me to confirm. I did not receive a call. They asked my phone number which was not what they called.
They tried to argue that I was in the wrong.
They obviously did not follow proper checkin steps. No ID was checked, no cc was placed on file. My information and credit card was on that reservation and I was going to be charged but I shouldn’t be because I used my ********** points.
Very upset that a HILTON property let this happen. I’m upset also because there was no I’m sorry. Not good customer service.
