夏洛特機場雅樂軒飯店(Aloft Charlotte Airport)

Super friendly and considering I just transferred from a disgusting hotel I was thrilled to be there. However the first room they gave me at 11pm was not clean. The bed wasn’t made and there were dirty towels on the floor. The second room was great except the tv didn’t work. Staff was great and ride to the airport was a relief.

The staff was extremely friendly and made sure all of our needs were met during our stay. They always greeted us with smiles, and it made all the difference in making us feel welcome. I really enjoyed this Aloft and would make this my hotel of choice when visiting Charlotte again.

No shelf in the shower and no electrical outlets near the beds are deal breakers for me. No place for my own shampoo or wife's razor. And no place to charge phones, watches etc unless its not within reach of the bed.

This hotel wasextremely pleasing and the aesthetic was everything Modern chic style. I wish I was able to schedule a later check out time but the employees were very accommodating. The shower could’ve been cleaner there were left behind hairs from a previous stayer but nothing that didn’t easily wash away. I don’t believe the windows are tinted from the outside, so I would be mindful about that if you are looking for that sort of privacy at night. Overall I really enjoyed my stay will definitely stay again

Overall a good experience. Wish the rooms were a little bigger & had a microwave. The staff was great & the bartender was extremely polite!

The only reason I did not give an excellent review because they did clean my room and no new towels the next day I stayed.

The room was clean and the staff were very attentive. We had an issue with our air conditioner and they fixed it right away.

The staff was great, loved sitting by the fire pit with a cocktail from the bar at night.

The staff was amazing , the manager on call and bartender was amazing and friendly!!!
