挺新的，這個出乎意料，因為新，所以設施和衞生都不錯，房間也很寬敞。位置環境的話，除了離機場近，其他一無是處，服務業也談不上

I will not rent this hotel or this location in Charlotte North Carolina again smh the coffee maker had mold in the water area thank goddess I seen it, I try to call the front office and it wasn’t a phone line connected to the phone I left the phone up and no cord so I call with my cell phone to get assistance. It not a experience I want to face again sorry. Not trying to make this hotel look bad it really does look how I’m telling it.

No coffee in the room. Had a bad smell. Noise all night. No extra toothbrushes available. The shuttle was a long wait in comparison to other hotels.

The hotel was clean and customer service was great. Only problem was that the drain in the shower wasn’t too great.

I feel the area seemed a bit sketchy but the staff was friendly and our room and bathroom were very clean. The hotel itself had a funny smell and not a typical Radisson appearance and a negative way.

I left my i-watch in the bathroom and same day called and went there and they claimed it wasnt there. I am confident I left it in the room.

The stay was pleasant for a short term quick business trip. The structure of the building was interesting in that it was connected to both a Clarion and Ramada Inn. Although that was the case, there was a distinct difference in the ambiance and environment.
