夏洛特逸林希爾頓酒店

不錯，很乾凈，服務也挺好 我需要Uber, 前台很熱情的幫我叫了。餐廳的飯很好吃，也很實惠。以後去夏洛特，還會住這裏。

酒店硬件還行，前台雖然非常熱情友善，但業務實在是太不熟練了。先是退房的時候把隔壁房間的room service算到我頭上，出發去機場前一刻收到信用卡扣款通知趕緊找前台，總算把錢退回來了。回國后兩天收到了更大的驚喜：明明是全款預付的訂單，入住時跟前台確認退房后三個工作日會自動退還的deposit出現在當月信用卡賬單的支出裏。歷經攜程兩周多的協調，酒店仍未確認重複扣款。感謝攜程將重複扣費部分墊退給我

I checked in about 11pm and I few things with there was no cart available I was told they were in use so me and my sister just started carrying our stuff up to the room get off the elevator on the 7th floor there were 2 carts sitting right there then I booked and paid extra for panoramic view but got a view of the highway and trees and my curtains wouldn’t close all the way so in the morning sun was beaming right on my face

我们前往夏洛特庆祝我 17 岁的女儿生日。酒店就在 Southgate 购物中心的隔壁。酒店步行范围内有许多精致的餐厅，酒店内还有一家不错的餐厅。房间宽敞干净。我们还在游泳池度过了愉快的时光。我肯定会再次预订。

這個酒店外面和裏面看起來都比較舊,需要翻新。牀和枕頭都舒服。在停車場,有幾個保安攝像頭。牆上的牌子上寫着“如果偷車或損壞車輛,酒店不負責”。這讓我很緊張,但幸運的是,我的車沒有損壞。
