文杜飯店(The Vendue, Downtown Art Hotel)

Great hotel, staff was friendly and helpful. If you are a fan of art this is your place.

Stayed two nights over a weekend. First room had a window but right by the front door, extremely loud. Moved to interior room, no window, felt like a dudgeon. Was told rate would be adjusted but didn't happen. Shower had mildew and mold. Floor had not been properly swept. Furniture banged up and worn. Pictures on site are old and inaccurate based on present condition of room. No iron/board in room. Texts during stay were not acknowledged or returned. Drinking glasses not replaced daily. Bottled water not replaced daily. Location good, but for almost $500 a night, expected much better.

Hotel molto particolare sia nel bene che nel male. Centrale la posizione, simpatici ed unici gli arredi, camera ordinata con spazi adeguati, anche se poca attenzione dedicata ai dettagli. Di contro assenza di reception, con una signora che andava avanti ed indietro con tablet e chiavi magnetiche. Colazione assurda, lasciano una busta di carta appesa alla maniglia esterna con una mela una banana due dolci e due mini cornetti, assurdo. Corridoi di collegamento poco curati e sporchi così come l'ascensore.

El hotel es antiguo, muy pintoresco. Nos toco una habitación en el tercer piso que parecía de un cuento y nos sentimos muy cómodos. La ubicación es muy buena y la atención siempre fue muy amable. El rooftop es muy bonito y vale la pena. El baño de la habitación era un poco chico pero nada grave.

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous artwork! All staff members were fantastic from the moment we arrived to the moment we departed! Perfect location-walked to the ocean, famous rainbow houses and to amazing food! Wonderful!

This is truly a beautiful property. I would highly recommend it . It is beautiful, very clean and has a great vibe . The staff was amazing!!!! We enjoyed our stay very much . They add all the special touches to make your trip fantastic! The beautiful art was an added bonus.

Completely failed to meet its reputation of a luxury venue. Service was slow and chaotic. One waitress was doing her best to cover 20+ tables and be engaging whilst other staff were sullen and slow at best. Doorman was slouched against a counter surfing his phone Food was average. Pretty art and furniture in lobby but management clearly not performing or supporting staff.

Beautiful hotel centrally located. Staff was excellent and very attentive. We stayed in the enclave part of the hotel which is across the street from the main hotel and a little more private. The art tour was wonderful. I would highly recommend.

Room was dirty, had previous guests hair in shower . Was very disorganised hotel. Very loud, do not stay here if you want a good night of sleep.
