Good place to stay just 5 minutes drive to downtown Charleston clean and quiet staff are very friendly.

We enjoyed the staff. Check in was great. Housekeeping was "spot on" The building itself just needs some work. The AC in the hallway was very loud. Something had spilled at some point in our room and could never be dryed completely. It gets in the linoleum cracks and needs deep vac! What mattered most was that you could go out on the balcony & pool was clean and open all year long. We would go back.

When I booked this property, the ad said WIFI was free. On my confirmation it said WIFI was free. When I checked out, I was charged $70 for 4 days of WIFI. I have the Marriott app on my phone but did not use it to book my room. Using the app appears to be the only way to get free WIFI so it can't be free when booking through *******. The ad and confirmation from ******* are untrue. Be ware.

Was not aware that the housekeeping services is timed. I asked the housekeeper to come back to clean the room as I was on a virtual meeting. She never came back and I tracked her down the hallway at 2:40 pm and informed her that the room Can be cleaned but she told me She was done for the day. Went down to the front desk and requested room to be be cleaned. No one came and when I followed up at 5:30 pm I was told that there was no housekeeper in the building. So they didn’t clean the room on the first day of our stay. So we were stuck with a wet towels and unkept room.

I loved everything about my stay there beginning with a welcoming and efficient check in by Serena. She was friendly and knowledgeable and a perfect host. The well-appointed room had an amazing view. The breakfast bar had an array of delicious, well prepared food and proximity to local eating and shopping was excellent. I can't wait to return and tell all my friends and family too!

Nice view of adjacent Yacht club. Off the beaten path and quiet. Room was Ok but nothing special. Air conditioner was so loud you could not sleep. Left it off during the night. Nice breakfast area

Great choice for a stay in Charleston. Comfortable, clean room with a Keurig with K cups. Excellent hot breakfast with multiple options. Friendly, fast check-in
