Bella Grace/查爾斯頓歷史區飯店(Hotel Bella Grace/Charleston Historic District)

When we arrived at the hotel and checked in. We enquired about the breakfast which was included in the booking. We were suprised to find out that there wasn't actually a breakfast. You got this card, and every morning you could pick out one item out of their "supermarket". The "supermarket" was basically a minifridge and freezer, and a couple of shelves. Here you could find little cups of icecream, frozen minipizza, water, cola, and things like crisps and m&m's. This is hardly a breakfast. And you could only take one item, not even a drink and a snack. We said that this was not what we expected when we made the booking with breakfast included. The receptionist didn't even apologize just stated that the information on the website was old from 2021 and that they hadn't gotten around to changing it. We decided on this hotel because the breakfast was included. It was a pretty expensive booking. With over 400 dollars per night you would expect at least and nice breakfast or apologies and compensation. At the end we just took a bottle of water in the morning and had breakfast elsewhere.

This is my fourth stay at Hotel Bella Grace and this experience did not meet my expectations in terms of the cleanliness and quality of furnishings in my room. Luckily, I travel with sanitizing wipes and spray but I should not have to clean obvious stains or marks off of the toilet, walls, and shower upon arrival.

What a nice boutique hotel! We loved our room, the location in Charleston, and the friendly staff.

The hotel was very clean and the rooms were large and comfortable. It’s about 10 minutes walking distance to Charleston market, king’s street night life and Charleston museum. What we didn’t like about the hotel was the lack of information. The staff didn’t seem either helpful or knowledgeable. In addition to that, when we called the reception desk to let them know it takes for ever for the shower to get warm or there is no shampoo in the container, no body answered the phone. The rooms are not very quiet. You can hear elevator and people’s talk in the hallway.

Liked it very much! Clean, quiet, attentive staff, room cleaned every day plus clean towels, wonderful location.

Adorable boutique hotel, very clean and modern. Friendly staff , the bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is modern and updated. Right next to a really cool oyster restaurant. Near shopping and college of Charleston. Can walk everywhere.

Property was clean. Valet/bellman was very nice. Room was very a loud noisy due to a vibrating sound coming from the walls and ceiling all night like someone was parked outside my window with a subwoofer in their car turned up. I got 2 hours sleep with earplugs in. I spoke to front desk 2X the next morning and was brushed of with I will let my manger know - sorry. Then I followed up with same person (2 hours later) and asked if she had talked with the manager and the response was “she is going to check on it” It has been 24 hours and I have not heard anything. Room was nice and clean and the in room amenities were nice.
