芒特普萊森查爾斯頓希爾頓惠庭飯店(Home2 Suites by Hilton Mt. Pleasant Charleston)

The property was nice untill the front desk receptionist burned something at 1am and set off the fire alarm. We had to evacuate the entire building. They told us oh well when we checked out. Very frustrating sitting at 1am outside for an hour before someone tells you it was a false alarm and your allowed back in. We had to leave to drive home 6 hours when we left in the morning and made our day miserable

Absolutely no complaints here! We wanted something centrally located since we planned to visit several different areas of Charleston. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the room we picked on the app faced a dog friendly large grassy area in front of the property. We didn’t bring our dogs, but loved watching the well behaved dogs every morning before we went down for breakfast. Breakfast area was an added plus. Very clean with lots of options before heading out for the day. We would definitely stay here again. We had a stressful travel day and it was a relief to experience a smooth check in.

Didn’t get the room I reserved and management didn’t seem to care about making it right- kept using excuse that they were sold out. If you reserve a specific room, you should get that room.

The room was disgusting. It smelled like wet dogs. It made me so congested all night. When I let the front desk know upon checkout they said okay I will tell housekeeping. Which did not help my situation. I will never stay there again. For the price I expected better

The property was clean, room was comfortable. The check in clerk was very helpful, courteous, friendly. The room had no hot water in the shower so i couldn't take a shower in the morning. Very disappointed. Check out clerk was not helpful. She suggested changing rooms. Thats not very convenient or feasible when you're planning on checking out. I simply wanted a discount for the inconvenience and she could not accommodate that.

- The front desk staff was great. - The people staying in the room above us were VERY LOUD, even late at night. - The hotel did not have "Do Not Disturb" signs though, so Room Cleaning came in without us wanting them to. - The laundry room was very dirty, machines seemed very old.

The staff could not or did not want to stop the people partying out at the fire pit the hotel owns. At midnight they could not tell the ten drunk people to quiet down, at 0115 they didn’t and it is still lit up which shines into room 205 at 0500 am (the time I needed to get up and go to an event. So in all the night staff ******. The room, stove top didn’t work as the outlet is hanging out of wall underneath the sink.

Our room smelt like a wet dog, and pool area was nasty. We checked in at night and front desk lady was not nice! Will look elsewhere next time in charleston
