Motel 6 錢德勒, AZ

The motel was overbooked and our reservation was canceled without letting us know. Arrived after traveling 8 hours and told no room and to go somewhere else. The manager hung up the phone while I was talking to him. He told me to calm down and go away. DO NOT STAY HERE!

We arrived around 20:30 and got two rooms (4 people). Everything looked fine from the front side, there was a nice swimming pool and big parking space. When we opened the rooms, both the rooms were the dirtiest I have ever seen. But because we had already paid 85.98 for each room, we didn't have much choice. Everything in the rooms was terrible, the sink was broken and badly glued together, it looked as if something had died in the refrigerator and we couldn't lock the door because the safety was broken. Other things were also not ok, the fire alarm was inside the tv box and the box it self was broken. Also, the dust in the window was thick enough to write in it and the towels had black spots in them. Both the rooms looked like bad motel rooms in bad American movies and I will never, never recommend this Motel. This was a terrible experience and after almost no sleep, we left early, covered with bites from something and feeling dirty from using the bead sheets. I do not have strong enough words to describe how terrible this was!

This was the nastiest place to stay. There was cockroaches everywhere and even got into our clothes. We requested a non-smoking room and still smelled like cigarettes. The floors were very dirty as well. Wouldn’t recommend staying here!!

Don't let these reviews steer you away from here. Every motel or hotel has problems it's a given .but at least the staff here is beyond willing to try to make your stay better. Mara and Emily are more then happy to make sure your experience there is a great one. Both the girls go way beyond to make sure you have what you need for your stay.Even if you need towels in the middle of the night mara will get them for you. Overall my stay was very pleasant due to these young ladies!!!

I don’t recommend this place to nobody and the main reason is the workers and manager and the whole business is shady especially Emily. I uploaded pictures of this manager talking about her staff and guests. I should upload what she said about the owner and his wife. Also motel has roaches and they sometimes use dirty sheets.
