Called front desk at 2:00 in the morning when we returned home to notify them that the air conditioning unit that we had on all day set to 65 was not functioning properly air conditioning unit would not go below 75 so we had a warm room difficult to sleep, notify the front desk of the condition and ask them to please move it to another room lady instructed us that maintenance was not available and they wouldn’t be in till the morning and that she had no ability to transfer it to another room. When I notified the staff the following morning ring check out she said she would forward my message along to management never heard back so I called and she said I had to speak to the manager tomorrow morning. I’ve spent seven nights here in the last 8 weeks and this hasn’t happened before. Surprised they were willing to work with us gets to a room or we could sleep better.
