Holiday Inn 鳳凰 - 錢德勒(Holiday Inn Phoenix - Chandler)

優越的地理位置和前台的工作人員非常樂於助人。酒店各處都有非常友好的員工，他們幫我解決了幾個要求。到處都是笑臉。

Called front desk at 2:00 in the morning when we returned home to notify them that the air conditioning unit that we had on all day set to 65 was not functioning properly air conditioning unit would not go below 75 so we had a warm room difficult to sleep, notify the front desk of the condition and ask them to please move it to another room lady instructed us that maintenance was not available and they wouldn’t be in till the morning and that she had no ability to transfer it to another room. When I notified the staff the following morning ring check out she said she would forward my message along to management never heard back so I called and she said I had to speak to the manager tomorrow morning. I’ve spent seven nights here in the last 8 weeks and this hasn’t happened before. Surprised they were willing to work with us gets to a room or we could sleep better.

Liked because of the bathtub. Was dirty, had to go to store for cleaning products. Refrigerator was terrible to.

Breakfast had a nice varirety of options, could have been a little warmer. The room was clean and quite!

The hotel asked to run my card for $50 for a pre -authorization (room had been paid for with my credit card- prior to arriving) and the hotel charged my card for 3 nights and called me a liar stating I had stayed several nights but oddly enough I was on a plane the “second night” they were accusing me of lying about. Management (Trish) was extremely unhelpful and it took 4 days of me calling excessively to get the refunds on my account that were never authorized in the first place.

Front desk did not go above and beyond to allow one hour of early check-in despite that I was coming out of the state! Some understanding and flexibility for situations like these make me a returning customer, but not anymore.
