room good enough, big gap prices weekend is more than 30 ℅ higher than normal days

Rooms are very small for a family. With difficulty it fits the extra bed & then no space to move around in the room. No balcony, no exhaust in washroom. Washroom also small & just ***ageable kind. Pool is on roof & it's just ok. 4ft deep uniformly, so not suitable for small kids. Corners of the pool looked dirty. Room service very slow & takes long time. The one star given is for employeeing the differently abled people. Bfast option normal, starts closing before 11am, so be on time. Location of the hotel is satisfactory, being near the large mall & highway not too far, but sector 17 is 20min away. No helpers available after we reached for luggage nor was the facility of valet at late evening. It was tough to ***age all ***** with kids. Food cost at expected level & taste was fine, nothing much to complain about it.

Après un tour au Elante Shopping Center, j’ai choisi ce restaurant d’hôtel pour son menu attractif et appétissant et il a été à la hauteur de mes attentes. Personnel formé et compétent et bon rapport qualité / prix.

There was no light in the room. We booked bathtub , front desk guy surat said we don’t have one. We got our shower gel in glass. WOW , bathrooms were not at all clean , room was very small. We paid $63 for this hotel, we are not happy, will never recommend this chain lemon tree to anyone. Horrible night it was!!

I stayed in this property for a night. It’s a business hotel and a good property to stay for a night or two. Upon arrival the lady at the counter was welcoming and very professional. She was polite and soft spoken and was all alone handing the reception. Well appreciated. The room was good and clean with all the basic amenities. I ordered for chicken club sandwich but somehow I didn’t like it and left the way it was. Breakfast was good. Will surely recommend

Excellent short stay with them . Stayed for 2 nights , everyone and everything was just perfect just the way anyone would want for a short trip . A special Mention for the star of the show SACHIN at the front desk . Ever smiling , welcoming, cover page of a bestseller , Like the genie , who’s thrives to find a solution to any problem or hiccup that a guest might have . Thanks to him , enjoyed our trip to the fullest.

Mr Tanmoy Ganguly from the restaurant took good care of us and was always Assisting us with whatever we wanted. He was very welcoming and greeted us really well. He served us fresh breakfast with no complaints. In total we really liked his service and hospitality
