Great Stay and lovely view. Great Staff

Absolutely great stay. Clean and stylish room, all the facilities very impressive. Rooms, very spacious and lovely interiors. Food was delicious and great value for money. Excellent hospitality shown by staff and the entire team exceeded expectations with their attentive and efficient service and set very high service standards.

Excellent property with a great view of the valley. Hotel staff is very courteous - would like to call out Deepika and Rohit for their great hospitality. One of the best property that I have visited in Dalhousie so far.

Mohit bhai and nikhil bhai gave the best service, was rhe best food provided from their side they were all the time for us in dining service , was always smiling and providing the dinner and too cooperative ........v...e....r....y ....g....o....o....d

We booked a suite room at this pathathic hotel on 26-05-2024 Mr Rahul at Front desk should be reviewed for his job...i had informed him that i have a sprain in my anckel and cant wait for long. Despite early check in request they made us waith for 3 hrs. reached at 11:45 am they told it will take 1 hr more (actual checki time 2 pm) at 2:30 i came to the front desk and Mr rahul was asking me to do check in formalities and identify the laguage where as the same coud be done earlier. (he was busy with other documents where as no other guest was wating for same) it is shame how person like rahul treat their guest when they are paying wopping amounts for a day at not so great property. A delebrate attemt was being made to delay check in and other formalities. please avoid this propery with poor services. A good hotel is know with its services and not only about the property built

I have spent 2 nights in Fortune Park Dalhousie with my family in May 2024. I stayed in a Valley View Room with a lovely view from the room. The room is quite spacious with nice decor. The best experience in this Hotel is the Friendly staff and their personal care to take care of all your needs. Don't miss the dinner in the restaurant with lovely live music.

Property is at excellent location.. Rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast mouthwatering .. Neptune bar fabulous with the valley view.. This property have good open party hall for our door parties. I saw it as it was surrounded by the clouds.. Moreover the property is very good

The best food ever very cold ❄️ place very well mede hotel soft bed 🛏️ people are very good Hotel is located facing the pine trees and beautiful valley view makes this place just peaceful home to stay Rooms are well.maintained and service is very good. Great hospitality from Mr Abhishek He guided us well about the local visits to be done and he also made every conversation a fun laughter one during dinner time . This place is a must stay if you plan to stay in Dalhousie Do visit khajjiar early morning to avoid the crowd and it is an Hour drive from Dalhousie There is a valley walk you can do just next to the hotel and that makes it even more complete to spend green time with family and this is on your left when you walk out of the hotel .
