This room with shared shower/WC in the corridor has a large chestnut wood window and a great view of the mountains. Very cozy, bright and airy. One queen size bed, futon, comforter 210x200cm. Kitchen/lounge can be shared (see house rules). Good bus connections to the 4 valleys Bavona, Lavizarra, Maggia and Rovana, every half hour to Locarno/Ascona. Well-maintained roads with relatively little traffic, some of which reach high alpine areas. Great tours by 2- or 4-wheelers. Bicycles for rent in the village. Hiking trails and great walks along the rivers and into the mountains and valleys. Cultural diversity. In the nature on the traces of history. Museums worth seeing on the eventful history of Ticino.
