切塞納蒂科大飯店(Grand Hotel Cesenatico)

Hotel storico e maestoso in pieno centro. La nostra camera nonostante fosse una deluxe vista mare( direi...vista campo da tennis che avevamo proprio sotto) vedeva i segni del tempo. Mobili vecchi...e non antichi...bagno con vasca scomodissima e televisione veramente piccola e non da 4 stelle. In camera non c'era un bollitore che ritengo indispensabile in questa categoria... Bella la terrazza bar e colazione Servizio di bici comodissimo e gentilezza da parte del personale.

Viaggio per lavoro a Cesena, mi fermo al Grand Hotel Cesenatico, una vera meraviglia. La facciata lascia davvero senza parole. L’hotel è gestito con grande professionalità e gentilezza dal personale, bellissima la sala da pranzo e piacevolissima la zona all’aperto dedicata alla prima colazione. Affacciato sulla piazza principale e sul mare, il Grand Hotel è l’ideale per una super rilassante vacanza, mare sole buon cibo, belle camere.

l'hotel, fascinoso, necessita di qualche adeguamento e un servizio nettamente da migliorare con troppa disparità tra personale sperimentato e giovani (stagisti?) alle prime armi e poco seeguiti. ciò detto al ristorante della spiaggia abbiamo mangiato una ombrina che riscatta tutto. freschissima e cucinata perfettamente.

Rientriamo ora da un piacevolissimo weekend in questa struttura. Era la prima volta che visitavamo Cesenatico. Abbiamo alloggiato in una suite familiare con camere comunicanti ( io, mio marito e i nostri figli di 4 e 7 anni). Ambiente ampio e luminoso, pulizia impeccabile, struttura elegante in stile classico ma ristrutturata sembra recentemente. Si accede a una piscina e alla spiaggia con bar e gazebo dove pranzare. La spiaggia è pulita, ordinata, il personale gentilissimo e molto cordiale. La cena ( consumata in hotel) di ottima qualità con piatti tipici della zona. Era il compleanno di mia figlia e avendolo saputo hanno lasciato un bigliettino sul tavolo e portato un gelato con la candelina. Le camere venivano rassettate sia al mattino sia quando ci trovavamo a cena ( bagno riordinato, asciugamani sporchi sostituiti). Ci siamo meravigliati che una simile struttura con un servizio a tal punto impeccabile non sia valutato 5 stelle e non 4 come risulta dal sito. Spendo due parole anche per Cesenatico: località balneare a misura di bambino, con ampi ambienti di gioco, pulitissima e piena di attrattive. Assolutamente da tornare

We’ve just got back from an amazing stay here. The staff in the hotel were amazing and friendly (sadly the beach staff, not so much). Food was fantastic from breakfast, the beach restaurant and the main restaurant. Menu changed every night. We were hard pressed to find anything better in Cesenatico. The hotel is brilliantly located to feel the evening buzz of the place. The whole resort area is exceptionally clean. It also feels really safe for all ages. Beach at the hotel was kept spotless. Very few brits here which we really loved. Rooms could do with a bit of renovation but we hardly spent any time in them.

June 2022 As always in life there are good impressions. The staff was polite and helpful, from the two very helpful porters to reception. Room cleaners were good I have not tried the restaurant as the menu appeared bland in comparison with the local restaurants The beach area is all right. However, the water is muddy, and the beach very flat. You have to walk in a lot to reach swimming depth Now the not so good details Situated in a ‚touristically developed‘ area without protection There is a stair in front of the main entrance Hotel aged and in need of renovation Rooms very simple with cheap furniture, and too small No sitting chair for desk, only a low useless armchair No socket on one side of the bed Bathtub (which also serves as shower) very difficult to enter and leave as it is too high Only one small lift for the whole hotel My stay was five days, of which the lift worked only the first day. No idea what happened after my departure. Many old guests with even crutches had to use the staircase over several floors. No excuse, no compensation Beach access costs €32 Wifi useless as signal is weak, speed low, and the connection breaks down constantly. This alone is enough reason to avoid the accomidation Room price very much over the top with an average of €300. Correct would be €100 Summary: very faulty, very expensive

What a wonderful beach experience! My BF added Cesenatico to our trip based on fond memories of his time here with the military 30 years ago. After a busy weekend in Rome and before a celebration in Venice we spent 2 nights at the Grand Hotel. The room was old fashioned but much larger than our room in Rome. The Insalata Caprese and Greek Salad with charcuterie was delicious at the beachside cafe. It was so easy to go to the beach with umbrellas and chairs reserved. The experience was extraordinary because we were fortunate to be there on the night of their beach party. Wow! A DJ, violinist, amazing wine, candles, and the best buffet. I don’t usually care fof buffets but this was exceptional with roast pig, chicken with bacon, steak, tuna, pasta and so many items. We enjoyed our meal, laughter with the other guests and staff. We ended the night with a ride on the ferris wheel and a night cap of Amaretto. The entire staff was kind and helpful but we especially enjoyed talking with Luca, the young server with a great attitude.

Albergo molto bello, camera spaziosa con un letto matrimoniale e un bel bagno con vasca da bagno! Colazione ottima e molto varia! Personale molto gentile e disponibile! Possibilità di accedere alla spiaggia dell'hotel, che ha gli ombrelloni non troppo vicini tra loro, rendendo l'esperienza molto piacevole! (consigliano di prenotare) Consigliato!

Ascensore non funzionante, problemi al wc, biciclette non disponibili. Abbiamo alloggiato un week end in questa struttura, l’ascensore era fuori uso. Abbiamo avuto problemi al wc della stanza e le biciclette, comprese nel pacchetto, sono state disponibili solo un giorno previe plurime richieste. Tutte cose che possono capitare, ci mancherebbe. Ciò che spiace e che al momento del conto non sia stato tolto nemmeno un euro per questi disagi.
