I had a great stay! The location is excellent—right in the heart of everything, with plenty of restaurants and cafes just a short walk away. The hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

i like the hotel is clean and service was great. the breaskfast was very good. the convenience of tapping the key card at the lift automatically select our room floor in the lift. however, the fridge in my room was not working and it smell bad.

早餐人實在是太多了,亂七八糟的,給我房卡開進了有人的房間,這樣級別的酒店實在是有點低級錯誤

There is MRT construction, and the roads have been narrowed so it's terribly jammed all the time. 15 mins to get 200m or so.
The rooms are quite old . My mugs were not at all clean. The safe did not work. Each time they took 15 minutes to come.
The sink leaked. It was not fixed till the next day. No notification that it was fixed either.
On check out I needed the hotel's help to open the safe. They took 20 minutes to come to the room despite repeated calls that I need to get to the airport.
I would not recommend this hotel at all.
Go somewhere newer.
Grand Mercure it is not. Shocking really. I am an Accor Plus member and really appalled by the service or lack of.
Rooms look great on the photos though
