Unfortunately there was no parking, except at the local bus station!!! When I called about the issue, I was told to find a place to park and go outside at 9pm (the MALL closes then and people begin to leave) and find a more appropriate parking spot. BUT before the reservation was made, I called the hotel shared my story with the front desk; let them know we were from out of STATE, let them know we would be towing an extra vehicle and the front desk lady said there would be no problem, the hotel wasn't filled to occupancy There would be plenty of parking. Well, the hotel shares a parking lot with a MALL. This fact was not disclosed to us. Because of course people will be shopping with the holiday's just around the corner. We had to make a reservation at the local Hampton Inn; they had parking and were very accommodating! Keep in mind, we already paid for our reservation at the Hyatt Place. With no intentions to cancel our booking we didn't pay for cancelation/refund exceptions. Being dishonest to your customers just to get a booking is unexceptable! I expect TRANSPARENCY! It's the holidays and the hotel should know it's own parking circumstances!!!
