I have only booked the stay now, for the beginning of January, my daughter's birthday. I booked the package: accommodation and SPA. It turned out, however, no SPA slots are available ( I have paid the advance already, not expecting this is even possible). I called the reception to get back my advance, so I can make another booking, at the hotel where while buying a package, you are able to receive one. I have spoken to Ms Aleksandra Rajkiewicz, who advised me to write an email which will be replied to when the person responsible comes back to work, as currently there is no such person. Ms Rajkiewicz also quoted to me the information that says if we do not benefit from part of the offer, we shall still cover the full cost. In short: do NOT book there.
