Charming post and beam rustic built cabin with modern amenities. Located in the middle of the pere Marquette forest. Cabin sleeps 6, has 2 bedrooms, 1 and 1/2 baths. Located in a very secluded area for you to enjoy some peace and quiet. Just 7 miles north west of Evart mi. Overlooks a bluff. This property is on a dirt road. We own 100 acres at the cabin site for you to explore, plus tons of side roads seasonal roads and state land for exploring. Located 3 miles from the Evart Motorsports trail. A short drive on a dirt road gets you to the Evart trails to enjoy your ORV, side by side, dirt bikes, and snowmobiles. We have a nice outdoor fire pit, for you to have a bonfire. A really nice secluded cabin for your getaway. We welcome pets but there is a $25 pet fee, and we ask you please clean up their hair before you leave.
