******* offered us a king bed however upon arrival, there were no king rooms available. Hampton Inn staff indicated ******* oversold. In addition, the AC unit in the room was either old, damaged or in need of service as it had a loud rattle and could not be turned off at the thermostat. Hampton Inn could not offer us a different room or refund our money. We left and found another hotel and did not use ******* for this new reservation.

This property is beautiful! And loved the tv options...netflix, showtime, etc. Seriously nicest hotel we have stayed at in some time. We will absolutely stay here when we come back

The staff we very friendly and tried to be helpful. The outlets in the room did not work. When I asked about them the next morning I was told there was a master switch somewhere that had to be turned off and then back on to make the outlets work? The air conditioner started making a terrible noise at 1:00 am which made sleep impossible. Overall not a positive experience.

My mom and dad visited while I gave birth and they loved the accommodations! The staff was all amazing and very helpful! Very clean property and rooms. Amazing facility!

Everything from location, parking, very nice neighborhood, & check in service, this Hampton did not disappoint in any way. Service staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and quiet. Breakfast offered lots of options. I would recommend it as well as stay here again.

We had a lovely stay. The pool and area were nice, towels were readily available. Room was clean, A/C worked great. (It was 107 that day) Ieven accidently left a dress and they kept it until I could retrieve it!! Thanks!

We had a little trouble locating the property. The Desk Clerk was extremely helpful in getting us settled and in getting us directions to an event we were attending. Overall very good customer service.
