匹茲堡南角萬豪AC飯店

Was excited to stay here for one night stopover on our way down south. Hotel is located in a nice area of a corporate business park. Several nice restaurants within walking distance. Not at all difficult to get to, as some reviewers have previously stated. Upon arrival, the young male desk clerk was sitting behind a hidden wall divider on his phone. It certainly seemed an effort to come out and serve us. Each time we passed through the lobby, he was back in the same place with his book bag next to him and on his phone. Certainly not the customer service that one Elite member would expect from this level of property. The room was nice. We did pay for the larger room, which is basically the size of a normal hotel room. The bathroom was very nice and modern but the towels were cheap quality and the conditioner AND soap dispenser had not been refilled by housekeeping. We did enjoy the 65” flat screen tv and the bedding was comfortable. We had looked forward to their European style breakfast the next morning, but for $16 turned out to be very disappointing. We have mixed feelings about returning to this hotel when we pass through there again in August. Very sad because we were excited to try out this line of Marriott. The lack of customer reception upon arrival really set our excitement back.

It is very convenient for visiting the Viatris offices. Only a 5 minute walk up the street. Rooms were spacious and clean. However, they only do housekeeping every 3rd day. But they will replace dirty towels if you ask them to at the front desk. Rooms were very quiet and AC worked well.
