宿霧St. John the Baptist Parish附近住宿

I stayed here for 5 days. The views are incredible, the food is great, the room was excellent, the staff was generally helpful and friendly, I was also surprised how little we ended up spending on food after all that room service. Some gardens like Alejandra are walkable if you can stand the heat. There are a view things you'll need to expect though, when coming here. They don't take credit cards, so be ready to pay cash. There is no ATM anywhere nearby, Balamban may be the closest. There are no taxis on the mountain road, and the hotel can't help find you a ride. There are vans that run up and down the road intermittently but they're usually full and won't stop. If you don't want to hitchhike, plan transportation in advance. One other unavoidable thing is bugs and lizards. It's in the middle of the mountains and surrounded by jungle so this just needs to be expected. The room was clean and comfortable but they will get in, mostly ants. There was also a power outage in just our room, they weren't aware until we contacted them and they were able to restore power once they knew. A few menu items seemed consistently unavailable. Some contacts like ”front desk” were not open/responsive much, but others like the restaurant would be able to help instead, it's a small and casual place with only a framework to be bigger, a bit wonky :) Again though, as a mountain retreat, it's amazing.

Bad service I will definitely NOT recomment at all. We have booked ahead and they told us the rate wil not change at all. We would understand if they have informed us but we kept asking them and they said no the rate will stay as long you will pay the deposit which we paid right away. Now the person we talked to Ms Shayne has resign they wont honor the rate even we have the emailed but the other person Ms Jessica is still working at Bayfront Hotel Capitol, hasn't informed us at all at least we will know. Money is not an issue here, we were so frustrated about their communication and their service all they want is Money not the service. I even called ma y times but still the reception hasn't informed me at all. We have booked a room with kitchenette and there is stove but no pot to use or any basic things. Like what will I use then?! If you asked extra blanket/pillow/towel they want more money, which you have to pay more. This is why PHILIPPINES has a bad review at all I was looking forward as my friend recommended me to stay here but I should have listen to my GUTS then not to stay here but giving the benefits of the doubt. But I was right then. You don't want to stay here, you can stay at Cebu Parklane hotel and Radisson they have a good service and your money you paid for is worth it.

感覺是CP值挺不錯的飯店。在市區，鄰近大圓環。環繞著大圓環的是許多餐廳。出行搭Grab也很方便。備品也都有。有浴巾，沒有毛巾（我也沒問）。 含早餐，是一人份的，在一樓的餐廳。餐點好吃，但份量不是很多。大廳是位在3樓，很乾淨漂亮，櫃檯員態度很nice。1樓門口進出都有保全。 但因為位在市區，周遭環境髒亂些，市區都是如此的。但這不是飯店的問題。 1人共住了6晚，。因為環保，只有在第4天才請房務清潔整理，整理倒是普通，沒特別好壞。就是換了浴巾、倒了垃圾桶。 有一個問題是-熱水器的插頭好像和插座不符合。我試了好幾次就放棄了，我也沒問飯店人員。

地點：超級方便，去機場及所有景點都很快捷，大多半小時內。 服務：員工笑容可掬，十分友善。 設施：酒店床舒服，乾淨。pool side bar 值得一去。

一開始我和搭檔在酒店住了幾天,服務很棒。然後我們計劃在宿務市以外旅行幾天,我們聽說 Quest 也有公寓,所以我們與商務辦公室的工作人員交談,在我們返回時租了9天的公寓。公寓寬敞,乾淨舒適, 客房部工作人員愉快,非常包容,實際上我們與每個人的整個體驗,從商務辦公室到前台,服務員,門衛,客房部等都是積極的。如果我們再次回到宿務,我們希望這樣做,我們肯定會把 Quest Residences 放在我們的名單的首位。

可以説是一間很老的招待所。 服務員很軸，不靈活。 我在攜程預訂的房間，三個人三間房，非要問我們三個人三間是還有其他人入住嗎？解釋半天我們就是三個人三間，還説你在最後一分鐘在平台預訂，那麼我就給你算預訂成功了吧。然後非説看不到我的付款訊息，我把付款訊息，銀行卡扣款記錄，以及攜程的訂單都給他看過後，還是不承認我的訂單預訂成功。現場再給了三萬p説第二天退，才讓我入住。且房間老化，設施設備不是那麼完善。早餐品類也少，服務態度很一般很一般。動作很慢！除了地理位置的優勢以外，再也再也不會入住了！不推薦！千萬謹慎！

位置超讚,如果想步行到斯托。尼諾教堂,麥哲倫十字架,碼頭坐渡輪。沒有早餐但麥當勞就在街對面。停車很痛苦。在我們只住了2晚,我們訂的2間家庭房有問題,水槽堵塞,空調功能失調,電視顯示圖像模糊,就像1990s.和排水問題一樣,似乎如此,氣味主導整個房間。只是太多了,酒店工作人員的善良再也無法補償了。如果可以容忍,以換取理想的位置,那麼可以給這家酒店一個機會。

房間非常乾淨，房型正氣，與大型購物綜合體一體，購物也很方便，大堂服務符合星級標準，早餐內容豐富，剛好遇上一個顧客生日，全體餐廳員工共唱生日歌祝福，挺感動的。很讚的一次居住體驗，下次還來！但温馨提示一下，必須要攜程預訂優惠而且有早餐，櫃枱現訂房貴而且不一定有早餐啦。
