I have recently come back from staying a week at this hotel. Absolutely amazing! The staff were friendly. The service was great. We had booked large room to deliver training and they always went above and beyond during my stay. The WiFi was great during the day, but then could be intermittent in the evening but was nothing to worry about as the pool side was busy and there was a great atmosphere. The staff speak little English, but always tried to help where ever they could and would always greet me when in passing. The food, well what can I say? It was amazing! The breakfast, lunch and evening meals were absolutely amazing and don't understand why some people have said it needs improving. Rooms are always made and the hotel was clean. The pool was crystal clear and would always be cleaned every morning when I would go out on my balcony for a smoke. My room size was great and the bathroom was emaculate. Although the poolside does get bust at night, the noise was tolerable and did not go on for longer than necessary. The conference room that we had book did get a little warm even though the AC was on max, but that added to the experience. We always have fresh water bottles in the conference room in the morning and replenished in the afternoon. They reception staff were always friendly & help me on my check out when I could not locate my wallet (my fault as forgot where I had placed it). After such a great week, I was reluctant to come back to England. This overall was a great first visit to Tunisia and my overall experience of the country was enhanced by the lovely hotel staff and amazing food. If I had to give a CON it would be that the larger fish needed to be in a bigger tank. Thank you for a great experience and I wish you all the best. Séjour d’une nuit dans la chambre 218, l’accueil a l’arrivée et au départ est pro, hôtel très bien entretenu et propreté irréprochable, le bar au 5eme est un plus ! Je recommande cet établissement

Positive: Rooms are big with balcony. Well for smoker. It's one of two hotels in tunisa we found, where you can get a beer or vine for dinner. In all other hotels you don't get any alcohol. They have a very nice bar where you can drink a beer to the dinner. Many locals visitor came to the bar because it's one of the rare places in Tunis where you can have alcohol for the dinner. Negative: Internet works badly. Many times not at all. WiFi available but no connection to the internet. Shower: The shower bends down and the water only hits the wall. Breakfast: Poor instant coffee. Buffet but doesn't look appetizing at all. The question at breakfast whether the baguettes from yesterday were answered with yes.

Fint stort rum 15 minuter bed bil från flygplatsen och hjälpsam trevlig personal. Vi hade en jättebra vistelse och kommer gärna tillbaka.

Nice location plus ckean and spacious room and bathroom. Price was at the high side for what we received. Staff were helpful, trying their best to catch up with our needs. The hotel is missing proper and active management, and it's very obvious from poor services across the board. Was difficult to get the safebox working, I had to ask for basics such as second bathrobe, water bottle and replacement coffee cups. Recommended to stay if your expectations are basic.

J’ai séjourné avec ma femme et j’ai été interdit d’entrer au début par l’agent de sécurité, après j’ai été obligé de prendre une chambre supplémentaire je ne sais pas pour quelle raison, enfin, on a été dérangé moi et ma femme par des appels téléphoniques vu que l’agent de sécurité qui m’a interdit l’accès au début a essayé de toutes les manières possibles de savoir le nom de ma campagne (indiscrétion et essai de s’immiscer dans ma vie privée) J’ai fait une réclamation le lendemain mais aucune suite ne m’a été donné
