Ein wundervoll gelegenes Hotel. Direkt unter Kokosnuss-Palmen mit Blick aufs türkisfarbene Meer. Wir hatten ein Beach-Cabana, welches ca. 40 Meter vom Strand entfernt war. Die Ausstattung des Bungalows ist hochwertig. Das Personal in der Anlage ist sehr bemüht, immer freundlich und versucht den Gästen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Das Frühstücksbüffet war ausreichend und auch für den europäischen Geschmack war etwas dabei. Unterm Strich haben wir unsere Urlaubstage dort sehr genossen.

AHH Punta Bulata, what can I say other than I have had better stays at a mexican prison! We stayed there from June 13 to 15/ 2023. Let me recap. Upon arrival, we were DOWNGRADED from our ocean view room to an ordinary room because our booked room was "under construction". No advanced email to notify. Instead, forced to use downgraded room for 1 night and moved to 2nd floor oceanview room for 2nd night as it was occupied. Ocieanview room: no smart tv, no walk in shower, smaller tv, no bed for 3rd guest, only floor mattress. No individual shampoo or body wash. Instead, it was a pump bottle for both. Internet: sketchy at best. Had to use "pocket wifi" which did not work when 1. One person had it and the other was away from them. Pocket wifi could be accessed by anyone while out of the room. Spotty at best, get used to "No connection to wifi" on your phone. Was told by website, "Free Wifi"...Not true, pocket wifi is only good for 5 gig, paid for, and when it ran out, you have to pay for more. Restaurant was supposed to be "free internet zone" but had to flag down a server and get password. Restaurant: This was ridiculous! 1st, you had to order your meals WELL in advance, at least an hour. When you sat down to eat, they brought your food to the table. 2nd, the kitchen staff can't read! So you get what you get. On the first night, I ordered a steak, MEDIUM RARE, when it was brought out, it was well done, and brought out last! Everyone was finished their meal and waiting for me. Next morning, ordered 3 eggs over easy, got them sunnyside up, again, not what I ordered, but ate anyway. Supper on the 2nd night, ordered a CHEESEBURGER and fries. The fries came out, everyone got their food. No cheeseburger. GRILLED CHEESE was brought to the table, even though the order sheet clearly indicated CHEESEBURGER. I cancelled the order, left the restaurant, only to find out that chicken was returned to the kitchen where the kitchen staff and servers LAUGHED!. I did not eat until morning where I proceeded to make myself 2 toasts. Excursions: we booked with resort front counter, an "Island hopping" tour complete with a snorkelling adventure, for 2:30pm. We arrived at 2:40pm only to find that beachgoers had booked for 1pm, came late, but WE were bumped and not able to go. Was told disrespectfully by "Island hopping" staff that "time was time". Basically, sorry about your luck. No paddleboards, even thougg we were told they had them. ONLY KAYAKS! Booked 3 hours with kayaks and was told repeatedly by the rental staff: Don:t go there, don't go past there, don't go over there, basically left with "straight out, straight back to shore. Lastly, after repeated complaints were made, resort staff made no attempt to compensate or discount the overpriced experience except to not charge us for items used in our first room, which we still ended up paying for. Our first visit to Bacolod and Punta Bulata Resort did not disappoint. The resort offers a fantastic selection of food that is surprisingly affordable. The staff took great care of us, and the overall experience at the resort was simply awesome!

My husband and I have been to a lot of beach resorts in Negros and Punta Bulata is definitely our favorite beach, somewhere we love visiting frequently. They made our honeymoon memorable. They have spacious rooms, really comfortable bed, beautifully decorated stone and wooden buildings, their shore is idyllic, and their hospitable staff made us feel the fun beach community vibes. They even have outdoor cinema by the beach in the evenings complete with popcorn! Amenities and welcome treats are the best, only thing we can think of that could've added to our stay is Netflix for chilling in the room after a good swim or during the hottest hours of the day.

Resort is beautiful, the ambiance was relaxing. The bed and pillows would tempt you to just lay there all day watching tv. The staff are all amazing and very accomodating, the food the restaurant was delicious. The view was amazing and plenty of spot to relax , look at the ocean and listen to the waves.

The pools are big. Had lots of amenitoes. The location is tranquil and very relaxing.best with famly for bonding. Stay cation. The ambience is marvelous. Very peacefull during night. The bwverage ordering is very fast and courteous staf which is akways visible

Amazing resort and spa services. The staff were all friendly, helpful, kind and professional and always able to accommodate our request. Feel refreshed and relaxed. Recommend for family and friend holidays. This a piece of paradise that should be on your list

2nd visit and would definitely visit again. The room is very clean and the staff and people here are very accommodating. Thank you again Miss Jenny for the wonderful stay.

My sister booked our stay while she was overseas so I panic a bit when I called and they said, it's not in there system (they had a system maintenance so our booking did not sync) however, Kian, there ever effecient and friendly front desk ironed everything out and fix it in no time! We had an amazing stay- from the food, to the very accommodating staff, the amazing beach they had- we will certainly come back! And last thing, they accommodated my 10-year old request for a movie night (I believe on the 2nd night they were not supposed to show a movie but my daughter ask and they did!). Watching Frozen on a "banig"?with the waves crashing on the background? What an experience!

the place is so beautiful and peaceful. Food and drinks were delicious although wait times can be long depending on how many people there are. But all in all what a relaxing and wonderful stay. The personel were also very accommodating! Loved our stay!

Amazing stay! Francis (their restaurant manager) was very kind, accommodating and friendly so as choco and the rest of their restaurant team. They made me and my family feel welcome. The food was excellent, absolutely delicious, best breakfast and dinner. Service was spot on, the view and the hotel was fantastic. I will definitely recommend this resort!

Booked 2 rooms for one night directly with the resort including island hopping to Danjugan. Upon arrival, we were told that the trip to the island was not confirmed. Several calls and arrangements were made to no avail but to settle for next day island trip. One concern was the check out since it would take 3 hours for the trip and by the time we reach the resort, we had to check out leaving us no time to freshen up. We requested for a late check out and only one room was allowed due to the other room had quests checking in. They would only allow a late check out if we upgrade to another room. After the inconvenience of not being able to do the island trip on our preferred date with that being confirmed by the resort's front office, we had to find a way on how things would be settled in a win win situation. Operations Manager Dawn was contacted but she refused to allow a late check out and insisted that it was a third party's fault i.e Danjugan Island Office. The website even has an advertisement about the Island thus making it a partner in their offers to guests. It would have been better if a service recovery was extended to us instead of blaming the third party. Kian, the staff on duty, was very accommodating and tried his best to rectify the situation. It was only when we suggested that he calls the incoming guest what time they will be checking in so that room can be extended to us for a late check out. We were fortunate that they were checking in late. Kudos to Kian and Jenny for the extra mile. What made our stay special was the F&B Team under the leadership of Francis. They were witness to our predicament and they did all possible for us to enjoy our stay. We requested his team to surprise us with a delicious dinner. He arranged a beautiful set up under the tree by the beach and prepared a sumptuous variety of food just the way we imagined. Francis, Choco and Edmund made that evening a memorable one as well as the rest of the meals we had at the restaurant. Breakfast buffet was great with lots of choices. We also had a relaxing massage at the SPA. After all the frustrations, we enjoyed our brief stay and will recommend it to friends and family. What made our stay memorable was the hospitality of all the staff on duty.

The staff was helpful, friendly and very accomodating. I am presently a person who needs a wheelchair to move about. The staff went over and beyond their duty to make sure I will enjoy my stay. The food at the hotel restaurant (La Veranda) is always delicious. This is my 3rd time to visit and for sure, I will be back again.
